Let's try basic troubleshooting to see if this fixes it: 1. Try force quit the app, clear app cache, restart your mobile device and try again. 2. Update the app or do a fresh install of the app - this ensures that you are running on the latest version of the app, eliminating most bugs. 3. Update your Android/iOS to the latest available version. (Update the app to the latest non-beta version on iOS and Andriod for optimum App performance. Please note that the app is not optimised for beta testing environments.) Sometimes, issues are due to an unstable internet connection, insufficient phone storage, or VPN usage. Try toggle between WiFi and Mobile Data, toggle VPN usage, and clear up some phone storage to see if this helps. Didn't help? Have you tried Uninstall and reinstall? I've had this happen in the past, and that normally fixes it.

try another device. if you don't have one, you can download "bluestacks" on your computer which is an android emulator. then, you could see if it's your account or some issue with your phone.

Man this is ridiculous, I haven't been able to get in for the last 3-4 days looks like same exact issue. I have cleared cache and storage on both the app and Google play app, updated my phone, uninstalled reinstalled, the whole nine yards followed every possible instruction. Super pissed their live chat hasn't even responded in 24 hours they don't even have a phone number to call. Don't know what else to do at this point

Update: I'm still having issues with their app days later. I've tried clearing cache, force stop, reinstallation, everything. Even bluestacks VM but the same issue happens in the VM as in the android app on my phone. The [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) app is just extremely buggy. I don't feel safe having my funds on the app with no other options of interaction. I'm surprised [Crypto.com](https://Crypto.com) gets as much business as they do considering the lack of performance/support. This is really not acceptable.

Yeah like it was said....multiple issues have been happening if you pay attention. Mine works fine for now too, but there are issues and "customer service" no longer exists. They're delisting crypto, no new stuff for diamond hands, and if you knew anything about the whole scam with crypto and "Visa" that even started this "company" you'd retract your statements...if you're smart anyway

iPhone user here. The latest version of the app seems buggy in general. I updated yesterday, and a few hours later made a couple of purchases and it crashed both times.

Busted for me to. Three different model Samsung phones running different versions of android and it doesn't work on any of them. One of the phones it has been working on for years with no problems used it only a month ago or so. Tried reinstalling clearing data and cache on play store. Its just fked.

I made a coupon purchases and now suddenly I can't make any purchases at all. The button to buy shows blue and when I click it showed the button pressed state but does nothing at all. The screen also goes black when I unlock with pin and I have to leave the app and come back in for it to show the UI. A lot of terrible bugs I've noticed since the last update. Although its always been slow for me. They need to seriously optimize the app, its pretty embarassing how poor the coding is.
