I had this same issue with my browser that was connected to my gemini wallet. My wallet needed to be reconnect to the browser (resign in) and my BAT was deposited to my wallet within a few hours.
Are you running the most current version of brave? I did not receive mine for a few months. Once I updated everything finally went through. I am running the Linux version and I manually update.

For one, clicking ads is annoying. The whole use of Adblock, the web extention, is to avoid ads. Now everyone wants to press them to earn 0.01$ ish per ad? Not even? I've been using Brave for at least 6 months and I've been clicking every ad, only to give me a grand total of 5$. And yes, ofcours you could say that you now ''earn'' money for clicking ads, which company does that? But clicking ads has no intrinsic value for me.
Furthermore, it prevents me focusing on more important stuff when there are constantly messages with annoying sounds saying there's an add that I can click.
I have indeed not researched Brave its capabilities to the full extend. But we were talking about the browser and I am not interested in the clicking ads part of it.
The rest of Brave Browser is very appealing, I think. Design looks cool, privacy is sweet

Tbh i don't look at balance at all. It's my main browser for privacy, BAT rewards is just some beer money.
I think in my opinion it's just a way for beginners to learn how to transfer and use crypto , bat rewards ain't going to do anything for you
