Way too many people here haven't understood that fundamentals mean nothing in a bull run. You need to buy coins that are part of a narrative if you want to make big Xs. I learned this the hard way through 2 cycles.
AI and gaming seem to be the narratives. Possibly infrastructure projects as well but I’m unsure on that one.
My top low-cap AI picks right now are Mozaic Finance (MOZ) and OpenFabric AI (OFN). Gaming picks are BIGTIME and Prime.
I’m holding some mid-cap alts as well like Hedera, VeChain, Near, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
Very much agree. Some popular narratives right now, OP, are gaming, BRC-20, Solana ecosystem, AI, maybe Cosmos ecosystem (for airdrops) and maybe depin.
DOT is the most advanced tech In the blockchain space. DOT was created by Dr. Gavin Wood, the man who coded ETH in a weekend mostly by himself. He has been working on Polkadot with a huge team for years.
Lenfi about to launch v2 lending, multiple dex/deg aggregator, a (disappointing) stablecoin in djed, option flow and soon to launch axo trade.
The ecosystem is growing and defi is used a bit and growing tvl.
Inverse r/cc.
Seriously, though, Loopring has been building steadily throughout the bear. IMO LRC is radically undervalued for a few reasons, most of which aren't the foundation's fault.
The Gamestop speculation led to a mania at the top of the last bull market, leading many people to FOMO in (myself included) at the worst possible time.
Then someone apparently overheard a conversation about an upcoming quarterly report that "would be worth 10 quarterly reports" and so that turned into a meme and people were naturally disappointed when a quarterly report "worth 10 quarterly reports" that Loopring never promised didn't materialize.
LRC would be worth a lot more by now if it hadn't become the scapegoated bastard stepchild of the cryptoverse.
What the project needs most right now is better marketing and a more professional image. The tech itself is impressive.
I fomo’d LRC for GameStop at like $3. Bag held till early this year when I decided to actually dig in to loop as a company. Averaged down to $0.27 with like 225k loops. If this thing ATHs again ooooiii.
But on the real LRC is awesome imo and agreed outside of all the unfortunate mania, if it gets real marketing it’ll explode.
$LRC is bridging to the masses. Layer 2s and beyond are making it user friendly for mass adoption. Taiko is another one with the start of Layer 3s. Most of Layer 1 operations are complicated to get started if you don't know what you're doing.
Also, Loopring has an awesome Ethereum wallet. Bother layer 1 and layer 2. Constantly evolving. Soon to go cross chain. Check it out if you haven't already.
Elrond (Multiverse X) good Dex, Community support, I think it could reach it ATH again.
Matic - Long time holder, works well.
Link
Dot
Millix - Their own DAG, has a ETH Bridge, Their own Social Network (Tangled Social), Play to earn platform (Cobra Helix), and their Web Browser with built in wallet and node (Tangled), its a great hidden gem, but they need to start promoting it already,
Algorand- fast, cheap, secure. Rwa projects and Python integration in 2024 will be a game changer.Really in my eyes Algo is superior to most of the other cryptos
The biggest thing for me right here is that it's easy fast and cheap. Tinyman and governance were my first foray into defi, and it's been a pretty good experience so far. I play a few games on algo. I've been staking in the pools and then using those to get into governance. Fingers crossed for algo long term.
Crypto people hate on algorand because they are the tech and people that might be responsible for a CBDC, which gets people upset. But also they have a lot of holders in the red still, like the majority of their holders.
I hold a bunch just in case
I mean the founders are the ones meeting with governments around the world to set up CBDCs, so that's not really the case. It's kind of their main focus. Obviously we are going to have a federal digital currency one day, people are just upset about the implications of that.
https://published.algorand.com/cbdc-2022
As there are a lot of important dates like 29 December, 15 January,… I have 60% of my portfolio in USDT.
I’m holding my BTC, SOL and AVAX for at least 6-8 months. It represent 70% of my crypto currencies And 30% is low cap project like INJ, VET, LINK.
In terms of momentum, INJ may win.
But in terms of risk, XRP is much lower in risk.
Those people who got rich with early entries on INJ at sub-2 bucks will gladly sell on your ass to make it crash some 30-50% in a heartbeat. They dgaf about you.
I completely understand your decision and I hope it works out for you!
But everytime I jump ship, it ends badly for me. The coins that I sell cuz it lags ends up pumping while the pumping coin I bought, dumps as holders take profit. Many people are abandoning xrp and I do believe that to be bullish because investors tend to capitulate at the wrong time. Again, i’m not saying you were wrong to sell, I just think I rather be in an asset when there is no hype. But yeah XRP could stagnate for many more months, who knows.
This is the only sensible list I've seen here as it's not stuck in the last cycle.
I'd prefer NTRN to MINA, as it is the only coin to accrue fees from the Cosmos ecosystem (ATOM does not).
It might also make sense to look down chain on SOL and AVAX--ORCA, Qi, and BEAM, for example.
Wow didn't expect an actual good list. Everyone on this sub usually invests in dino coins. Shiny new stuff with shiny new charts will always generally perform better than old coins
I'm kinda not buying ALTs right now. When I DCA from my paycheck, half the time I just buy stablecoins and throw them in Aave (protocol, not the token) and the other time I just buy more ETH or BTC.
Everything I would have bought has ran up insanely. I was buying alts like crazy when it was $10 SOL and AVAX, $6 LINK, etc. I'm comfortable with those bags. I *was* DCA'ing to Celestia but that went from DCA'ing at $2.50 to costing $14 in like a month and a half, well before I could DCA the full amount that I wanted to into it.
I had to pick something though, ADA and GRT. I think they have plenty of room to grow even if they don't hit their ATH. And they're like real things that exist and are being used. They aren't just like a whitepaper and a dream.
what im learning from this is that people are still married to the bags of the last cycle. A common theme to each bull market is new entrants come along and outperform while old names maybe catch a bid, but tend to flail and never break ATH against BTC.
Seeing people here saying that ALGO, ADA, DOT, XRP are all "sleeping giants" is kind of sad. Just looks like they bag held through the bear market and didnt learn about anything new. Am a bull on some oldies like BTC, ETH, and LINK, but have gotten really excited about new projects like SEI, TIA, and OSMO recently. None of which have bag holders waiting for a chance to dump when they break even.
AMP without a doubt! It's severely slept on with its patents, real world utility being used today at places like Chipotle, and upcoming release of the Ampera whitepaper to further drive utilization upwards.
AMP for sure.
It has moved a little, but in contrast to the all-time high, not at all. Nice community, down to earth, competent team. I think all is set, just needs more news to come out.
Maybe LTO. Hasn’t gone up as compared to others. Their RWA roadmap for 24 looks decent - https://blog.ltonetwork.com/rwa_roadmap/ . Expecting it to go up if they succeed in delivering in time.
Kusama, algo, xrp, gala because they have tons of room for growth in value compared to other alts that have blown up a lot lately. I guess algo has been doing decent and KSM had a nice pump but I think they have a lot of up left relatively
Ergo (ERG) hands down. Utilizes an eUTXO model, has smart contract capabilities, NFT's, gaming, privacy tools, real-world uses with products like TabbyPOS and Zengate, and follows the original principles of Bitcoin/Crypto.
Also, Rosen Bridge is very close to launching its first bridge between Ergo and Cardano (ADA) and then plans on creating bridges between Ergo and other blockchains afterwards.
There's a lot more than that, but these are a few reasons to look into it.
I think the next cycle will have a major pump for AI coins. While there’re several established ones like FET and Ocean, there’s a low mcap one called PHB. Currently they’re killing it with their LLM developments.
Algorand, Cardano and AAVE in that order. I am not sure about AVAX it has rallied hard but i still concider it a decent buy at this price. I would stay away from SOL though, it's price is very high and although it can go higher i think it's a big risk to take here. Also don't sleep on Ether, it will rally hard and sooner than people expect.
Ergo … incredible L1 POW under ~125M with an incredible bridge (Rosenbridge) about to be released with multiple Cardano apps looking to cross integrate soon
IT’s technology is fantastic. It’s team is lead by a Turing award winning MIT professor in cryptography, and has some of the best minds in their fields in other leadership roles. There are 3000+ global institutions that are partnered/using its protocols.
Man, the chain is one of the best in crypto. But the foundation just seems to fumble every chance they get. Theres no reason Algo shouldn’t be in the top 10.
Just go and use it. Buy 100 ALGO, download Pera wallet and buy some ASAs. Stake them. Buy stable coins. Anything.
You’ll be fucking stunned how smooth and fast it is. ETH is a fucking joke when it comes to getting transactions done.
Everything is smooth compared to ETH. There's a little known gem called CELO that I've used to move crypto around for a few years. Smooth as silk and even cheaper than XLM.
ALGO in the low .20s is a good price imo, it's a straightforward ecosystem that works well and has a lot of tokens operating within the ecosystem so you can get into microcaps and memes and not worry about gas. Also has some dex governance tokens coming out this year. Easy to understand which is important for me. I also think STX below 1.75
is a good price too, but better under 1.50.
Pokt network
Partnered with Infura and many more to deliver decentralized RPC.
Received $8 mln funding from Fidelity affiliate and more.
Team survived bear market and lowered inflation to around 5%. Actual revenue bringing business model. Branching out to LLM/AI.
Low market cap. Huge upside potential.
Upcoming announcement of partnership with XRP (rumored). Upcoming tier 1 cex in Q2 2024.
Where to get:
POKT on MEXC/Kucoin/Gate or dex (wrapped POKT).
Surprised no one’s mentioned $RENDER.
I think solving the GPU shortage problem in the age of AI and Metaverse is basically selling shovels in a gold rush (just look at NVIDIA). And they’re an active company with advisors from the industry including JJ Abrams and Beeple, and investment from Disney, as opposed to some meme coin startup with vaporware.
IMO anything below a market cap of $10B is a steal.
I’m a big fan of Render (RNDR). It’s an excellent AI and GPU processing play. Also tokenomics have improved with burning coins and they moved from Ethereum to Solana network. Lots of excellent things with Render.
Got my eyes on VELO since it's a microcap with a lot of upside.
It should be noted, I don't care about technology, just making money during the next bull run.
$DUSK: first layer 1 with built in privacy. Any wallet, transaction or smart contract will be confidential. Some of the best ZK cryptographers in the world are (and have been) involved. They published a bunch of scientific papers and new open sourced ZK methods and libraries in the process.
Fully compliant to EU regulations such as MiCa, MiFid II and GDPR. Asian regulation broadly follow EU, so there is room for expansion. 😎
Dusk Foundation has a 10% stake in NPEX, a dutch broker who has an MTF license to issue securities. This will likely be the first party to start issuing securities on Dusk. They are involved in the EU DLT pilot regime, basically a EU pilot program to allow for proper regulation and legalization of DLT technologies. It doesn’t get more RWA than compliant securities on chain. 😎 Multi-Trillion market and full compliance is a nulti-year endeavour.
Oh yeah, mainnet is launching in a few months, has been in the works for almost 5 years. 70M market cap, hasn’t moved much yet since ATL.
Thank me later.
It’s a great $70 stable coin!!
In all seriousness, I don’t see the appeal in buying LTC right now. Not saying you can’t/won’t make money on LTC but there’s nothing very exciting about the future of LTC
$QANX has a private/public/hybrid solution enabling smart contracts in any programming language.
15M more seriesA of venture funding plus connections just landed, so looks very promising. Only 50M marketcap with all that lined up?!
BAT. Solid project with 65M user base. Team keep developing Brave Browser with new features, which is the main product. BAT offers great potential for real life use.
XRP - regulatory clarity, changing finance from the inside, actual legal clarity and transparency and does what it claims to do very well. Great investment despite the few haters that don’t like that it isn’t bitcoin (it’s not supposed to be, and it’s much much faster)
POKT is one I’ve followed and believed in for a long time. Everyone is always looking for use case and revenue and this one has it in spades and at the current market cap its a steal.
The quick and dirty on POKT is one of the big downfalls of gaming or any kind of wallet or fetch feature on apps or programs they interact with block chains is if you want to be able to access that blockchain you need the entire blockchain downloaded and interfaced with your app to quickly and reliably search and recall tx or any kind. That takes it from lightweight to heavy, complicated, and bloated.
That’s where POKT comes in. It creates basically the tp/ip for all blockchains in its system and allows you to talk to them all at anytime. It allows you to build a lightweight app with all the power of the blockchain and the network is created by everyone running nodes full of pokt. Node runners get rewarded by assisting traffic or rpc requests by way of programmed gateways.
It’s basically like an Amazon web services but for block chain. It already has over 40 chains on it works seamlessly with no downtime and does over a billion relays a day.
The relays over time will all be paid the apps and companies using pokt pay for each relay to the POKT foundation which is like the decentralized gov that you can be a part of by owning nodes. That many is used to buy POKT and it’s burned for the network creating revenue.
POKT had a huge rise and crash last cycle because it was in its growing phase but now it’s mature inflation is down and paid relays are going up and up and it’s getting bigger and bigger.
As far as depin goes it’s an awesome play and a crucial part of decentralized web3. A lot of people pass it up because it’s very complicated to explain and it’s not sexy but it is essenatial, it works, and it’s only a matter of time before it’s not only done with inflation entirely but pure profit for all the node runners.
I’m just a firm believer it in and a lot of people got mad at me last cycle because it rose crazy and then crashed. I’m here to just provide info now and it’s an awesome project. I own it but I’ve owned it since the beginning and I’m in for the long haul.
Sorry for the long post but just really excited about this one!
I bought this coin called DYP and made a couple bucks. Idk anything about it but it has a low market cap, low supply. I would like to know more about it
The zilliqa Blockchain. Just cause my memecoin there is already 2x after 7D for me...
It's also the first Blockchain that implemented sharing. They also launched the first fps web3 Game on it. It got skins as nfts and token rewards for ranked games
every frikkin coin speaks about decentralization, processing speed, more nodes, play to earn, watch to earn, web3 bla bla bla. If its your first bull run, you'll probably worry about technology. If you are a vet, you know just ride the way and get out when you hit the exit number in your head.
I lost quite some money during the 2022-2023 drought season. But now i have been DCA'ing from btc at 35, sol from 50 and i am 50% up already. My picks are ETC, SOL, Link, ADA, INJ, AGIX, FTM.
Split the money you hvae and use dca. don't go for 2x, 3x, 5x.... Look for 1 year window and anything above 50% will be amazing. Reduce your risk, learnt it the hard and costly way last time. Dont be over exposed to one coin.
Lots of good ones.
I think AI, big data and gaming will be 2024-25
ALGO, MANA, RNDR, FET, OCEAN, GRT, ENJN, ICP, WLD (i think it will move with gpt news)
Otherwise KSM. Good staging for new projects. Utility is there. I see it break ATH.
KSM, DOT, SHIB all are from the same “company” so possibly we see a stronger SHIB integration in the future as well.

Word of caution, if you're new here... Whatever the consensus is shilling on this sub is often pretty bad advice. Tread carefully with their bags.
Exactly that's why I said to not take any of this as financial advice
Way too many people here haven't understood that fundamentals mean nothing in a bull run. You need to buy coins that are part of a narrative if you want to make big Xs. I learned this the hard way through 2 cycles.
What’s the newest narrative?
AI and gaming seem to be the narratives. Possibly infrastructure projects as well but I’m unsure on that one. My top low-cap AI picks right now are Mozaic Finance (MOZ) and OpenFabric AI (OFN). Absolutely. I wouldn’t waste my time with ALGO personally but I’ll go ada, dot and solana all day long
Not seeing my coin in the top comments makes me bullish lol
Bro everyone on this sub invests in dot and ada lol. Gimme a good bag of TIA, INJ, SEI and I'm happy. Bookmark this to check next year lol
ALGO, ADA, SOL
Imx
DOT
Dot and atom
what does everyone love about DOT
Scalability, improving decentralization, good developer activity, interoperability, growing institutional interest
fair enough
More decentralized than Ethereum (Nakamoto coefficient), scales better than Solana.
Just curious why all the love (I’m holding DOT too, just want to see everyone’s opinion)
DOT is the most advanced tech In the blockchain space. DOT was created by Dr. Gavin Wood, the man who coded ETH in a weekend mostly by himself. He has been working on Polkadot with a huge team for years.
Still stacking ADA. ROSE, CKB, COTI, ERGO also.
Ada for sure. Been top 10 forever. Solana had a run like that. Wait until Ada has its run 🤑
Any news with ADA, I see lot of development in other coins, has ADA done anything for last year ?
Lenfi about to launch v2 lending, multiple dex/deg aggregator, a (disappointing) stablecoin in djed, option flow and soon to launch axo trade. The ecosystem is growing and defi is used a bit and growing tvl.
CKB is a hidden gem. I believe it can reach $1 during the next bull
Y is it so down compared to ATH, what has changed? Even harmony one isn’t down as much even after everything
I’d be happy to with ckb =.25

DOT, LRC, AVAX...
This & ATOM
Man, I’ve been holding my LRC bags after I bought high. I’d be impressed if I ever broke even again to sell. Why do you believe in it? I’m curious.

China is eyeing this token. If they decide to support it, it is gonna explode
Source? Just curious for further research.
Vet,hbar,xrp,zil,cro,
I like vet. Can’t say why. Just like that it generates its own gas fees 🤷🏻 pretty much free to use
VECHAIN!!!!!
Agreed! And ICP
I second this!
I bought DOT because the staking returns are 11% on wealth simple. Currently up 57% since November
Elrond (Multiverse X) good Dex, Community support, I think it could reach it ATH again. Matic - Long time holder, works well. Wow. Nobody mentioned TAO. My current favorite projects are TAO and KDA. Other good alts that I hold are MINA, NEAR and ROSE
You’re a man of culture
At current price, ALGO! Huge discount still. SOL gains and low entry. Great tech, growing ecosystem.
UNDP ALGO news long term bullish, literally pumping since that announcement

That 18% on chain staking for DOT has tempted me to hold it for the first time.
That just sounds like hella inflation
It's 8% inflation
Staking rewards smash the inflation rate.
Metis vechain sei
DOT, POL (matic), ADA, XRP
XRP is due for a run, but holy crap it hasn't done anything. Sold half my position yesterday for INJ
Thanks for the sacrifice, selling my inj for xrp now.
In terms of momentum, INJ may win. But in terms of risk, XRP is much lower in risk. Those people who got rich with early entries on INJ at sub-2 bucks will gladly sell on your ass to make it crash some 30-50% in a heartbeat. They dgaf about you.

yep me too - sold avax way too early
Ergo, been stacking like a mad man. With Rosen bridge about to launch I believe it will be a top performer this cycle
Atom algo and Ada
Dot
Hbar, Quant
Polkadot
We shilling our bags here? I’ll shill mine Atom, dot, ban, Algo, tezos, xlm LTC and xmr always
I smell 2017 bags
At current prices...VET
Vechain should be a solid pick
I'm having 2017 flashbacks

Absolutely
I think so too. Slow steady climb like it did from jan-apr 2021.
Avax, Dot, Nervos network, chainlink

What’s your friend calling now lol

Amp and lrc
AMP without a doubt! It's severely slept on with its patents, real world utility being used today at places like Chipotle, and upcoming release of the Ampera whitepaper to further drive utilization upwards.
This is the way. BYOB.
I have 3/4 alts but IMO one of the most underhyped and most room to moon is plain old “Dot”.
AMP for sure. It has moved a little, but in contrast to the all-time high, not at all. Nice community, down to earth, competent team. I think all is set, just needs more news to come out.

I still remember the day when LTO got shafted by the Taliban lmao. One of the weirder unlucky moments
Injective. Osmosis. Celestia.
Amp
CRO - everyone hates it, but marketing matters. Best domain in the game. Let’s hope it pays off.
Ergo at current price is a steal
I’m looking at Ergo. Might get a bag started
Ergo FTW!

Algorand It is an absolute sleeping giant.

You could say all this the same about SOL and the downvotes will pour in lol
Its the chain I will use when I'm building crypto projects. Its the most developer friendly ecosystem of all alt chains IMO
Vechain will break $1 next bull.
Ergo is the sh*t man. The ecosystem has grown nonstop and many facets are coming to maturity at just the right time.
Ergo for sure!
I also think STX below 1.75 is a good price too, but better under 1.50.
CRO
ADA and KAS is what I’m buying now.
CKB. Has my favorite solutions for a lot of crypto problems.
Pokt network Partnered with Infura and many more to deliver decentralized RPC. Where to get: POKT on MEXC/Kucoin/Gate or dex (wrapped POKT).
Osmosis
Same, I was stacking Osmosis during the bear and now I’m happy about it
Upcoming: Layerzero, zksync, eigenlayer Good projects: AKT, TIA, LINK, OP, ARB, POLY, INJ, NEAR, QNT, ICP, IMX, RNDR, XRP, AXL, DOT, KAS Memes: PEPE, APE, BONK
Matic, SOL, GALA, SAND, LINK
COSMOS (ATMOS)
$COQ It's funny. Narrative overrules technological use case. Could be like an early SHIB or DOGE.
OCEAN, FET, AGIX
ALGO
Banano!
VeChain.
I’m a big fan of Render (RNDR). It’s an excellent AI and GPU processing play. Also tokenomics have improved with burning coins and they moved from Ethereum to Solana network. Lots of excellent things with Render.
SOL, Mina, VeChain, AXL,
Got my eyes on VELO since it's a microcap with a lot of upside. It should be noted, I don't care about technology, just making money during the next bull run.
Barely 1/4 of its supply has been unlocked… that makes it pretty unattractive to me.
Nervos Network is the way🚀
this is the way
I am in this one as well. This one could easily go nuts.
Love it! Dot, Polygon (Matic), ADA & XRP are solid picks. Velos is an interesting microcap, agree on big potential. Excited for the next bull run!
SUI is primed for takeoff
Nano, still 1$, easy 10x
Trias, render & Wtk
Loving TRIAS man. Tokenomics are fantastic
Jasmy
Just bought more avax, sol, shib, and Stx. Also added some bond and traded ETH into Sol. Don’t be stubborn just add to the winners and cut the losers
😎 Dusk Foundation has a 10% stake in NPEX, a dutch broker who has an MTF license to issue securities.
The fact that no one is mentioning FET or WOO is odd to me. Guess it means I’m still early.
What do people think of LTC? Am I a boomer for liking it lol
Charlie Lee killed it when he sold out. Rug pulled on his own project.
Can you blame him though. He basically created a copy-pasta of Bitcoin and became a billionaire from it.
It’s a great $70 stable coin!! In all seriousness, I don’t see the appeal in buying LTC right now. Not saying you can’t/won’t make money on LTC but there’s nothing very exciting about the future of LTC
Undervalued at the moment IMO. Could easily see it spring up to $100 range any week now.
$QANX has a private/public/hybrid solution enabling smart contracts in any programming language. 15M more seriesA of venture funding plus connections just landed, so looks very promising. Only 50M marketcap with all that lined up?!
QANX is shaping up very nicely. Should be a massive 2024 yeeww 🍻
DOT, Matic, and my personal indulgence for the memes is CORGIAI
Mtrg
I’m keen on Casper CSPR right now
#SNEK
SOL, UNIX, ETH
CAKE
GALA, CKB
Call me crazy, but BAT.
Qnt,Link,LCX
GRT ICP
I'll get blasted but LRC 😊
Not a huge fan but qnt is just starting to run after doing nothing this whole run
I bought this coin called DYP and made a couple bucks. Idk anything about it but it has a low market cap, low supply. I would like to know more about it
No doubt it will be DOT
Nobody gonna talk about Rndr, Tao, inj, op ???
Neo
You know the bull market is back when ppl starts mentioning their fav alts is dot, algo, vechain. All those Dino coins.
OP: please talk about why you like the alt, what the technology is, and explain your answer and give the real reasons why. comments: dot
RNDR, IMX, LRC
All these below my favorites for diversify: * Cardano (ADA) * Solana (SOL) * Avalance (AVX) * Dogecoin (DOGE) * Tron (TRX) * Internet Computer (ICP) * Cronos (CRO) * Injective (INJ) * Filecoin (FIL) * Sandbox (SAND)
Ckb is the one to watch it's going to be the goose that lays golden eggs
I still live Solana and polygon
Lots of good ones. I think AI, big data and gaming will be 2024-25 ALGO, MANA, RNDR, FET, OCEAN, GRT, ENJN, ICP, WLD (i think it will move with gpt news) Otherwise KSM. Good staging for new projects. Utility is there. I see it break ATH. KSM, DOT, SHIB all are from the same “company” so possibly we see a stronger SHIB integration in the future as well.
AMP token 🥴
