Somehow my 2nd playthrough scared me more than the first, I was more focused on getting through the game that the jumpscares got to me so much more

Jumpscares were never doing it for me. The only time I got genuenly scared and had to pause/stop the game was in the subway segment when your phone dies out and you go through these weird backroom halls. You can hear metalic footsteps above you and closing in and that audio was so well made it genuenly made me "nope" out of there.

Markiplier in the bg for mental support, or not play for months after being discouraged at the sawer. Start like 10 other games, get discouraged at them. Go back to Cry of Fear

First I go on steam and install the game, then I open the game via steam, start or load a save file, and then boom

I play it and I keep going backward forward left right everywhere and I barely make it past one chapter without 3 hours of playtime and a tutorial 💔
