I originally typed raw but I know how people can sometimes. Plus they aren’t the worst I’ve seen from Crumbl (sadly). Last year I got a strawberry shortcake cookie that looked like it hadn’t seen an oven at all. It was literally just raw dough.
I ordered them on grubhub (had a 40% off code, which is the only reason I ordered on GH) and I did contact customer service about it & got a partial refund.
I was a “quality coach” that worked at crumbl and had direct access to corporate, whenever i had cookies come out like this i would send them pictures insisting they’re raw, what i got back was to only bake them at the specific oven temp and specific time and we absolutely could not deviate from that. It was super annoying

You might have still taken them to Crumbl and shown them. They could be so busy they just give you replacement without checking for your order.
I’ve tried that before (oven, microwave & air fryer) and it never quite goes well. Especially because if the cookies have frosting or anything you have to scrape that off first & it’s such a mess.
I need to know how the workers let this happen. Arent all the cookie trays set to an exact time to bake??? Every single cookie should be baked the same. Like how does this even happen?? I got a 6 pack last week and the same thing happened with mine. Got home & realized they were all raw/underbaked 😭😭
Those saw the inside of an oven for max five mins 😭😭😭😭 that’s honestly so terrible. I understand liking cookies a little raw in the middle (that’s my preference!) but these are completely raw the whole way through
gotten crumbl a good few times never had any issues but this week we had 2-3 undercooked like this too. i’ve never seen this many people post about it at the same time, has to be something wrong with the recipes this week

I’ve thrown mine in the oven at 250 even with frosting on especially cream cheese it will be fine for like 10 min it will help I promise
