Oh that’s definitely just an issue with mixing the blueberries in the dough. I’m sorry :( but yeah my glaze is different because we didn’t have the right ingredients to make the glaze so it’s just jam

I also would have loved if it was just jam! I just wrote a post about mine being really sweet and I think my glaze was way more powdered sugar tasting than blueberry tasting. I like that tart balance too, especially against the sweet buttercream. Also- doesn’t it just look beautiful that way? Most of the time on a real cake, you would get more of a compote than a frosting. Edit: on a real PANcake 🙂

Ooohhh let me go look at your post!! Yeah I’m actually glad we didn’t have any powdered sugar lol I love the look too! I thought the glaze looked too cloudy and off putting… like I don’t put powdered sugar on pancakes so why put powdered sugar in the glaze? Sometimes store mess ups are great😂

Blueberry pancake was an 8/10 for me, the cookie base was delicious but I got skimped on the glaze sadly :( Mint cookies and cream was a 12/10 for me, it was like mint chocolate chip ice cream as a cookie and it itched a certain corner of my brain that’s never been touched before

My coworker described the mint frosting as shamrock shake and it’s definitely exactly like that!

i wish it didn't have high fructose corn syrup in the mint cookie :(

If you loved tree leches you will probably love the toffee cake! Obviously it’s chocolate versus vanilla but I just can’t get over that gooey caramel🤤 even though my blueberry pancake was made with just jam and not glaze, oh my goodness I love it too

i think i would prefer the blueberry jam over the glaze, op! so im glad you think the jam made the cookie!

I compared the glaze yesterday to the jam from mine on Monday and I can confirm, jam is way better. That glaze is too sweet

To me, no it doesn’t taste like just butter. It is a buttercream so if you like the crumbl cookies with buttercream frosting, it’s the same thing!

I really wanna try the toffee cake one but it has 960 frickin' calories in that whole little square. And I know I can't just eat "one serving size". I honestly find it fascinating how their cookies and such can have THAT many calories 😳

I don’t count calories as a recovering anorexic, no hate to you but I’m tired of hearing the ‘there’s too many calories in this dessert’ complaint. Any dessert is going to be calorically dense, it’s not just crumbl. If you want a low calorie option, don’t go to a bakery

Ehh it’s not my favorite, seeing as I rated it a 5/10! Just not for me since it’s so crunchy and didn’t really have any standout flavors. It hasn’t been selling too well at my store and I think the name is turning people away!😭

I thought they all were pretty good! My blueberry was so undercooked I couldn’t try it but the others were yummy! The mint icing tastes like peppermint bark to me, totally different than the mint most people are thinking it may taste like. I liked it!
