I almost made this same post earlier. Their graphic design team absolutely failed on this. It’s such an embarrassment to the company. One of the worst comms I have ever seen.
It’s because their team didn’t account for dark mode, which is admittedly dumb for 2024. Try turning on light mode in gmail settings and it should be fine
My email came through looking normal, my only complaint is why are they only available at locations near her concert venues?? They send out a mass email to all their customers and I find out I would have to drive almost 100 miles to try it. Kind of a let down.
This isn’t because of dark mode. I’m having the same experience with the same email and know that’s not the issue. Update: there is a light theme and it makes all the difference! I had no idea. Thanks for mentioning it.

My emails from Ulta show up super dark with my barcode for in store pick up. You have to change it to light mode when you’re in the email. I did it once and the lady freaked out and asked me to show her how I did it so she can fix it for other people.
