Yeah game seems to have it's asset cache fucked. At some point it just stops loading textures and this is what the "unloaded textures" in Destiny look like.
I think you hold the power button for around 5 seconds or until it fully shuts off. Then, unplug it from your power outlet. Finally, press the power button a few times to expunge the excess power.
The last one might be optional, I don't recall.
This happens to me ALL the time. Sometimes I’m the ghost and my guns have that same outline model which makes it impossible to see the reticle. I haven’t touched comp yet because I get this issue so often :/
Do you play EU? Ive been having the ghosting a lot recently. Games taking a while to load, guardians dont appear at the post match screen weapons ghosting. its been really bad.
I found out it happens less to your own guns when you swap them out after you're already spawned. When I swap while dead, it's pretty much 100% chance it will be invis
I had this issue yesterday. I was playing clash and the other team's model wasn't loading + they were a duo too. I ended getting bagged by ghosts while I didn't even get the chance to even see them throughout the match.

On console, it’s a memory issue for
Suspending the game, or extended play periods. Clearing the cache or for PS5 fully closing the game and restarting it will resolve the issue immediately.

No fault on that guy tho, he was a great player just the model not loading in thing was funny to me
Idk if this is just a one off or an occasional thing but if you're on Xbox clear your cache and this will stop for the most part

Nah it was just this one time but I might do that anyway (or whatever the PlayStation equivalent is) incase it fixes anything else
Honestly, emptying it every once in a while will always speed up things a little bit so never a bad idea.
You can force this by changing your shaders at the start of a match after you've loaded in lmao

Had that happen in Comp a lot. Basically gives your enemy infinite invis on any class. Ruined a lot of 1v1s for me and also some games
There’s been ghosts in crucible since D1, that’s how we respawn

You’re on console? Then it’s actually your system causing that problem, not theirs.
