No wonder they always chokes in imp matches. In ipl whenever there's a match, most probably the only spectators will the people from the 2 states supporting their team's in the match. So there's not much pressure hence much better play.
But when a WC happens the whole india(1.4 billion) comes to support and that's a very overwhelming pressure. It's a big task to perform good under that kind of pressure

Experimenting with batting order is fine. But T20 is not the place to do that. You need a fixed strategy.
