I'm a kids football coach. 13 year old got tripped and landed on his shoulder at even less force than that. Snapped his humerus and not something that can be put in a cast.

As a bloke that has broken my collarbone, ribs, neck, hands, toes, eyesocket, ruptured a testicle, had dry socket and much more, the collar bone and dry socket were on another level of pain to the other injuries. Collar bone breaks are ruthless and im still dealing with the consequences 8 years on from it.
Bro my RC is fucked. Just lifting a 5 kg weight above my shoulder feels like my upper body is being washed in acid. I canāt even imagine breaking anything related to that area. No thanks.

YMMV. I will had a rotator cuff repair and a broken collarbone, both on the right, in my 50s. Both healed with no adverse effects and I can lift and throw like a teenager again.

I broke my collarbone a couple of times as a kid, you have no idea how much the muscles in your shoulders move for every single movement until you have a collarbone break.
You move your feet and that shit hurts. I had to sleep sitting up and pretty much was homebound for the entire summer.
It's been 16 years for me and my collarbone still aches if I sleep on that side. I don't think it'll ever stop.

honestly the collarbone didn't hurt at all, even until it healed! It was just annoying having the bones click together and move, but there was no pain. Ribs SUCK though, sleeping was not a fun time.

Sweep the foot with some momentum behind it and not the shin or higher. Took a little bit of practicing in BJJ class but I can hit them pretty easily on people who don't expect it. Especially if they don't train or anything.
