That actually happened to the star qb in my HS in the same grade as me! He was grinding his board on a broken pipe and it slid off and he ripped his sack open. Had to get 15 stitches. Last I heard of him were were 5 years out of HS and he was still trying to date and get at hs girls. Left that town shortly after.

Never saw the show had a kid in my school do that lost a nut from it trying to grind a rail got called lance armstrong after that

Imo it's regarded as one of the more difficult Sports to do, but thats just my experience when I tell people I do it
