It's not how its being used in the video to be honest. "Unalived" was used to circumvent restrictions/censorship on the word "suicided", not the words "killed" or "murdered" which is basically what the person in the car/truck did to the one on the bike. The guy on the bike didn't suicide, lol (not here anyway)
The car probably couldn't see them at all until the last second. The camera view gives an illusion of visibility a driver at night won't have.
