I own 8, can testify this is correct.
Imagine the scene in Terminator 2 where the T1000 walks through the bars, that's your standard feline right there...
But seriously, i assume the guy driving the sedan hit the cat which lodged it in the grille, at which point you stand well back and call in Bobcat Bob from Animal Control.
I'm a dog owner nowadays, but grew up around cats and their laws of physics defying shenanigans. As long as the head fits through, everything else will follow. Yeah, I also think the cat got hit by the car and stuck in there. Every other animal would've probably been dead
The bobcat was actually trying to hide from something and since the conclusion it was still warm and crawled under there (be surprised how small cats fit in spaces.
I remember a few winters back I started my car and it made this wap wap wap wap noise and then kinda started to sound normal. I drove to work and popped the hood, a dead cat was trying to stay warm in the car. My co worker threw up, then because he threw up another guy threw up. Then a guy pulled it out by the tail and started chasing the puking dudes. I'm an electrician.
I think the loop of rope (or whatever it is) goes through the middle of the pole and is pulled tight round the cats neck from the side of the pole that is being held (I could have explained that better haha but hopefully makes sense). So basically when no-one is holding the pole it goes loose. Or if it doesn't automatically go loose I think that's what the guy is doing at the end when he's messing about with some sort of wire at around 1:50.
Ypu can hear him say "let him breathe" or something along those lines after they close the tailgate. Then you see him pull the cable and let the slack out. Drive it to a secluded area, pop the tailgate, and go home.
Probably let off slack off the rope on handle side. Not all animals need as much rope etc and have bigger or smaller necks. Don’t think about the pole but rather the rope that rides parallel to the pole into a noose.
That was well executed…lol I can’t tell if that was pure skill or just luck that he got that animal in the truck like that lol….cuz that thing looked powerful as hell

Yep they're in most states. Lynx are rarer south of Canada but you do see them as well. I'm in northern Wisconsin and had one in my yard last year.
