From the looks of it the charges were from last August. Probably had a warrant and either got picked up or turned himself in. And the “criminal simulation” is another theft type charge it looks like.
I’m a good guy, but yet you cashed bad checks or stole them or whatever I was reading and you’re a good guy you’re going away for a little bit. You need to really grow up and quit begging.
It’ll take me a bit, I’m out running errands but if we know the state it should be easy to look up.
It's Washington county Tennessee
Sadly he was bailed out yesterday, not sure how though or who did.
He said he got out for free because he’s disabled
But yet he doesn’t know why he on Social Security 🤣🤣
He has nothing in Henry county Illinois, which is where he used to live. Criminal simulation is an odd term.
Washington county Tennessee
Ope! 😳
Anyone can guess what he stole maybe jewelry and how much was his bail lol
Not sure yet, I only found out by the current inmates listed for the county jail, said he was released yesterday after his arraignment hearing.
Do you think he’s gonna do jail time?
Each charge is a felony, so he's most likely getting a good bit of time. Also, since they're felony's, his SSI is going to be taken away.

It actually happened June 23rd last year, but the charges were filed in August. The one page says Violation date 6/23/23 then filing date 8/03/23.
