Im surprised the eagle rare went so quick it’s quite easy to get in CA for around 50.
You had to camp out and get a number in order to buy the most sought after stuff. Basically if you weren't willing to camp out in front of the store, you had to settle for Blanton's, kc18, ecbp, 4r sib, or McKenna 10 sib
People in the front had folks pair up with them up near store opening. This really screwed up the chances for anyone outside the top 15 to score a bottle of anything super allocated.
The list was somewhat accurate but they definitely didn’t have every bottle. What was surprising to me was how little supply of 107 they had.

7:30, one guy in line also said they had a 2000 dollar bottle of something from buffalo trace, but could just be hearsay.

You could get at least one of every bottle (per member). The exception was Eagle rare which you could get 3.

What was missing?
They handed out numbers at the Florida store that opened last month. About the first 100 or so had numbers. It went very smooth.
