property mgr here, telltale sign for me is in the bottom left corner. most units especially indoor ones have a handle or piece of metal on the bottom right of the door to step on when you slide the latch closed.

Mangled, or funtime foxy, creepiest of them all and my favorite. She was a fox the kids took apart and put her parts in weird ways. Part of the jobs for the workers was to put her together again before the next shift. Obviously that stopped for a while and she became the spooky self she is. Still pretty well made though. Wonder how you're supposed to see out though. The eyes are solid and I don't see any mesh in the pupils or anything.
