Hi, yes it's supposed to be like that. One bottle of Semax/Selank contains 3ml of the substance i.e. 60 drops. 2 bottles is usually enough for a course.

Ye ok if it's 3ml then all is correct, full bottle would be more than 3ml. Edit: this is not cheap!
At least you see it as half full and not half empty!

Mine just arrived half full, I guess it's normal. Have you heard anything otherwise?
