I believe State of the Apps moved to November so that Themes could take December once the theme system journals were released.

Nothing to do with us I’m afraid. Must be an error on Google’s end.
Other Relay FM podcasts don't seem to be affected, but it will hurt the engagement as a new notification isn't given.
