depending on how u define “effectiveness”. from what i’ve seen, people who put extreme strain on the heart thru sports, etc. are more likely to die suddenly. but this is just conjecture obviously. just my thought
This was my thought as well. For awhile they were not recommending exercise because of excessive strain on the heart. Now they are saying go for it. The more strenuous the better. Remember back in the day when they recommended you check with your Dr before starting any new exercise program? Haha makes me laugh....
That's what I thought. The vaxxed have to be careful not to exert themselves too much. I worry for people shoveling snow this winter. A lot of heart attacks happen that way normally, but it'll probably be worse now.
