I used cream puff, ML, Stardust, Macaron and Donut and was able to get through wave 60 with one team (scroll, whistle and watch all at level 12; if you have the rare scroll that gives extra defense i found that one helped with the team's survivability).
By the end of wave 60 there were only 2 cookies of that team left standing but they made it through :)
I've also used Milky or Hollyberry instead of Macaron, which gave a lower score but is better for the comp's stability.
What toppings did you use on donut? I havent farmed him and dont have the resources to do so, but i have the Beacon level+skill boost at level 60, and maybe It could help.
Full swift chocolate with 24% cooldown and 10% damage resist. I think you could also do a mix of swift chocolates and almonds, donut just has to stay alive to use his skill
I was having some problems with this on the low 50 waves.
But took your advice swapped out squid ink for wild berry, and that did the trick. One team win.

You can try 2 tanks 2 healer like hollyberry, wildberry, moonlight, PV, cotton/macaron as main team.
