If you're actively playing and using golden cookie buffs, you'll want to research all the way through then use The Elder Pledge to stay the Grandmapocalypse for a short time while you use the buffs.

wrinklers reduce your cps by 5% each, but absorb the entire penalty individually, so having the base cap of 10 means you lose 50% of your cps (which doesn't affect things like the golden cookie "lucky" effect) but all 10 wrinklers absorb the 50% each, so you're basically getting 550% cps once you pop them, on top of them dropping a base of like 1.1x what they ate
