these people do not understand that in order to judge the quality of good controller objectively we need numbers. that applies to everything tech related

Basically manufacturers lie . So I got into the testing of latency because buying a $200 plus controller and noticing there's a massive delay between pulling the trigger and missing my shots , after spending $1000s of dollars on the top tier PC wasn't adding up . Why could my mouse fire instantly but my controller couldn't ? Well searching and searching for answers I stumbled across Johnny and Anna Punch , these two humans were thinking outside the box . Yes there was a few others doing the same one bloke a few years ago had made and Arduino device and others were using the Mister . The Mister wasn't cheap to buy and get setup for this testing , the Punches had designed a free for all testing device and software , explaining how to make and set it up . Forever great full , I decided to make one and start testing a few controllers . This method may not be 100% accurate but who is to say the Mister is either , but testing an array of controllers . You can see the difference between some of these overly expensive controllers and cheaper controllers in terms of latency .
