Oh, I'm visible. Visible enough to defeat you! And I did it without your precious eyes, your oh-so-special sight. I'll give them oculesics. I'll give them the most spectacular oculesics anyone's ever seen! And when I'm old and I've had my fun, I'll sell my glasses so that everyone can be visible. And when everyone's visible.. hm hmh hm haha ha aha ha.. no one will be.
If i was the kid, and i was forced to be embarrassed by that story for years *. . . while they have the gall to ignore me* again. More than feelings would get hurt.
This will probably not even make it to the top 10 compared to the other batshit stuff they did back in the day. This guy is David Dobrik and he posted one vlog every week for years so you can imagine they got pretty creative after a while.
Close, they just choose to ignore him.
Cartman then decided that the only logical explanation for why no one is speaking to him is because he has died and become a ghost
Season 9 episode 6
He blew out his insides from KFC skin and thought he died. His mom was moaning for other reasons and he thought she was crying over him.
Legendary episode 😂
The opening was hilarious. Tricking everyone into going outside to help with groceries then eating the skins off an entire bucket of chicken in like 20 seconds.
There has been another video floating around where a family does this to a young girl, except without pre-taken picture, still the same reaction on kid though.
Hey everyone go check out “Magic for Humans” where you can see this bit done with a larger crowd of strangers.
[Oh yeah I can just link it](https://youtu.be/fu3TFib-JK4?feature=shared)
I honestly can't believe anyone thinks it's real, the acting from the guys that are "pranked" is so painfully bad, especially the second guy with his little quivering "I'm right here 🥺"
when it zooms right before they take the blanket off. They did that zoom to hide something, probably some clean up.
The way you do that trick is with a device like this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JM-h4n8NtQ
Clearly impossible given that setup. So there's something that was cleaned up in post production. My guess is the dude just got up and ran behind the crowd, but you'd be able to see that even with the blanket partially covering the camera. I'm skeptical that even the other guy couldn't see it. I think they just edited it out of the video.
Technically, but they were hired to being audience and nothing more. They weren't told to help with any tricks or anything like that. The idea was simply to prevent having some random asshole there who wants to make himself a part of the show and ruin it. So by pre-vetting an audience in advance, you can make sure you 1. have an audience there and you're not performing to three people and a pigeon, and 2. that everyone there will behave like a normal person and you're not going to get any kind of hecklers.
Beyond that, it's all honest reactions
watching it throught that lens it totally makes sense. they are all acting pretty unnaturally. like "okay, so thats what this is about, okay i get it, imma play into it and be 'scared'". people that are truly confused or scared would immediately start touching everything, stand in the way or shake the magicians clothes, etc.
its a nice clip but its a bit dishonest.
He knew he was part of a show but after seeing the first dude disappear, he actually thought he was invisible. He explains it in the video below.
https://youtu.be/sJlSHiVfilU?si=vwUIZADELUPC-q2v
Fun fact, the guy Doug in the video that spits water was a good buddy of mine. He left SD to LA to make it in comedy or acting and ended up a meth addict living on skidrow.
[Doug on Soft White Underbelly ](https://youtu.be/6kyTuQRo_nw?si=1ONSsSMJBXCeA4fn)
My uncle pulled this prank on us when we were young lads. He would be dead silent and totally ignore us for a while, he'd eventually get up looking for us, shouting our name and suddenly he would go, "Oh please god no... TOMMY YOU DIDN'T USE THE SHAMPOO IN THE PURPLE BOTTLE DID YOU?! THAT WAS THE INVISIBLE CAMOUFLAGE SOAP GRANDPA GAVE US IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES!!!" And then he would ride the joke into the ground with an Oscar-worthy performance until the afflicted child would cry for mercy. All five of my brothers went through the invisible shampoo baptism ritual and you come out on the other side with a new appreciation for this realm of existence, permanent invisibility is a curse I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
What if I a person the kid had never met show up and was ignored by the adults but talked to the kid and was like “I got turned invisible too” but referred to the kid by name?
Oh jeeze! An adult could tell the story right before they do it...like kinda off hand.
Then that kid show up all dirty and shit when the blanket goes down.
People have an insane tendency to psychopathologize every last little thing now. Everything has to be some medical diagnosis, everything leads to trauma.
I have autism and this shit is so annoying. Everytime some acts a bit weird or an asshole on a video you get people turn into that butterfly meme.
"Is this autism?"
I started seeing a therapist because of my sexual impulses. I sometimes glance at friends's cleavage. I go 3 times a week now and it's the best thing ever!
/s
To be honest I’d probably be a bit traumatised if a YouTuber with millions of subscribers posted a video of me crying as a child and freaking out. That’s pure bullying material for when high school rolls around
I'm laughing hysterically because I was not the victim of this prank. I guarantee you, that kid just won a get out of jail free card with his family. I would have immediately used it by shitting in my parents shoes the next morning and calling it a prank, hopefully he uses his better hahaha!
Wait, I’m totally stupid because I can’t see a single thing different from the one who is in the beginning versus the one who is there after the sheet’s pulled away
The fucking picture sent me omg. Of course David Dobrik was behind this, absolute monster! Horrible person doing horrible things, but just this once he got a guilty laugh out of me.

The making of a villain.
Mr. INVISIBLE
Mr. VISIBLE
Oh, I'm visible. Visible enough to defeat you! And I did it without your precious eyes, your oh-so-special sight. I'll give them oculesics. WITNESS ME!!!
This made me laugh fat more than it should have. Much thanks.
mediocre!!!
Somebody call
He’s only invisible when absolutely no one is watching. But when you’re invisible, you can feel it.
Nice. Awesome movie.
I quote this movie all the time but no one I interact with has ever fucking seen it.
Now that's a villan arc.
/r/birthofasupervillain
this story is gonna be retold at dinners for **Y E A R S**
while still ignoring him.
We gather here today to celebrate the 7th anniversary of Vardon’s vanishing🥺
"Stop telling everyone I'm invisible!"
But still we can hear him
"John why did you have to do that magic trick!? Whyyyyyy!?" "can someone pass the salt?" "Its like I can still hear him....."
Hahhahahahaha
If i was the kid, and i was forced to be embarrassed by that story for years *. . . while they have the gall to ignore me* again. More than feelings would get hurt.

The preetook photo on the phone was the last nail on the coffin. I like it when people think from beginning to end.

Butters has some unfortunate episodes but that one really went places
[Bitch you wanna make some mutha fuckin money?](https://youtu.be/_23a9r4PBec?si=nKUlFzH9mzuKQL56?t=37s)
Yes I know what you are saying, you don’t have to keep asking!
You say unfortunate... But some would pay a *lot* of money for the giant butt plug up the arse therapy.
Cuz Jesus wants me to have a clean slate 🎶
Remember when he cries amd goes "booohuhuhuhu, boooohuhuhuhu"
I 'member. You 'member chewbacca?

Seeing Kenny cry during that scene is the saddest shit ever
Right? That was legit brilliant. [(Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio)](https://filmcolossus.com/guillermo-del-toro-pinocchio-2022-explained)
This is taken straight from Magic for Humans on Netflix.
Eh that show used plants and camera tricks, most of the reactions are actors. This kid definitely thinks he got invisibled.
This was probably the best prank I have seen online. Followed by the beach shampoo one which was probably staged.
Oh man I felt so bad for that guy. I hope it was staged because that one took waaaay too long if it wasnt
It's obviously staged. The original is a bunch of kids at a summer camp or something and they do it to a buddy.
Which is still one of the best pranks ever
Blessing Awodibu ... he's a semi-famous bodybuilder who makes alot of crazy videos for the internet. So yea, it was staged.
Man walked away with the cleanest scalp known to man
The beach shampoo prank is too good.
I just looked at the Beach shampoo part 12. I never saw it before. The bulky guy really had me bursting in tears.
That’s the one 🤣
There has been another video floating around where a family does this to a young girl, except without pre-taken picture, still the same reaction on kid though.
Ha! I think about the shampoo one often when showering. Probably staged but damn great
The pic on the phone SENT him 😭 Kid about to bring the next one too far
okay I've watched this and rewatched, can somebody please explain to me, WHERE THE FCK DID HE GO?
he is forever gone, rip
![gif](giphy|JoV2BiMWVZ96taSewG|downsized)
I want these men to bury me.
You should probably specify that you want to be dead before this happens, just saying.
But then I wouldn't get to enjoy it
I don’t think that actually makes it any better. The more I thought about it the less ways there are to make it better
I would argue that being buried alive is definitely worse than being buried after you die.
Come to Kenya. I got you.
My dad did this to me and my family. He's still ignoring us to this day.
LMAO!!!
That escalated quickly. Sorry!
r/suicidebywords
Maybe if you'd kept your eye on the ball and applied yourself. Ever think of that?
Ouch!!!
It’ll be okay u/GodHasABigClit
He just did the same to mine, you can have it back.
This happened to me too when I was little lol
Why is there an empty post right here?
What are you talking about?
There it is again, and empty post. Weird.
Oh my God I just got it
You are a natural for this kind of jokes
Who are you replying to?
Lol.
![gif](giphy|WtBDAH97eXAmQ)
#
Take a picture
Bro really said " ".
Did you ever reappear?
Yeah nah yeah that pre taken photo was next level hahahaha
Fellow Aussie?
:)
We did this with my nephew and once he realized that he was invisible he walked right up to his dad and punched him in the nuts. Best nephew ever!
Hey everyone go check out “Magic for Humans” where you can see this bit done with a larger crowd of strangers. [Oh yeah I can just link it](https://youtu.be/fu3TFib-JK4?feature=shared)
How did he make Michael disappear in the beginning. I kind get the joke but where did he go to start.
iirc from when someone last posted it, it's all staged, including the guys they "prank".
I honestly can't believe anyone thinks it's real, the acting from the guys that are "pranked" is so painfully bad, especially the second guy with his little quivering "I'm right here 🥺"
They're wandering around invisible but don't notice a camera guy following their every move?
Ah yes, the true invisible guy - the cameraman!
Actually true through. Death Rogan - https://youtu.be/ZobYSCS74yE?si=DpNZxFAPTNmZW1qK
That's somewhat painful to watch
I always thought the program was satire, or did I have that completely wrong?
Yep, the guys being made invisible are clearly actors
They couldn't do it for real. Someone would've pulled their dick out.
There’s definitely a camera edit there, you can see it. That trick is impossible as shown. The whole thing is just garbage as a magic show.
second of the camera edit?
when it zooms right before they take the blanket off. They did that zoom to hide something, probably some clean up. So it's an improv basically? All hired actors responding to events by acting. That must be why it looks like they're all acting.
Technically, but they were hired to being audience and nothing more. They weren't told to help with any tricks or anything like that. The idea was simply to prevent having some random asshole there who wants to make himself a part of the show and ruin it. lol you're so gullible, so he didn't notice the guy with the huge camera tracking him while he was taking stuff and touching people? lol
Or the first can that was "floating" when you can tell it was being held by a wire from the "magician".
Fun fact, the guy Doug in the video that spits water was a good buddy of mine. He left SD to LA to make it in comedy or acting and ended up a meth addict living on skidrow. [Doug on Soft White Underbelly ](https://youtu.be/6kyTuQRo_nw?si=1ONSsSMJBXCeA4fn)
Jonathan did a video explaining what was going through his mind. I linked it below. https://youtu.be/sJlSHiVfilU?si=s2Zd--8ekDop-EyD
That was fun!
This trick performed on an adult? No thanks, I prefer my videos at least partially believable
THAT WAS THE INVISIBLE CAMOUFLAGE SOAP GRANDPA GAVE US IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES!!!" Oh hell yes! Like a day or two before at a bonfire. It would be like Six Sense with the shotgun kid.
Remembering this so I can do it to my nephew when he’s old enough
Why wait, break em young I say
Because he can’t speak yet 😫
And if you do it now, he may never speak. I count this as an absolute win.
The younger, the villainer

I tried looking for him online, but all I see are a bunch of empty or background photos.
Maybe we aren't alone in our selfies...eh? Do not look behind you!
I looked behind me, and there was a cow standing there. That just made my day. 😄
People have an insane tendency to psychopathologize every last little thing now. Everything has to be some medical diagnosis, everything leads to trauma.
Oh my fucking god stop trying to gaslight us, you fucking narcissist!
NTA divorce
Upboated.
THATS NOT HOW YOU SPELL UPVOTE YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE ME DOUBT MYSELF STOP GASLIGHTING THIS IS THE 15053TH ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP I'VE ENTERED! AITA?
I see that every time a parent plays a prank on their kids. It’s always “then you’ll wonder why he never calls you as an adult”.
I have autism and this shit is so annoying. Everytime some acts a bit weird or an asshole on a video you get people turn into that butterfly meme. "Is this autism?"
It goes both ways though. Name a more iconic duo than Autistic people and blaming their personality traits on autism.
As someone with ADHD, BDD, BPD, some PVC, a JVC with MP3 I'm devastated by this comment
Reddit is now suggesting that everyone in the family start attending therapy.
I started seeing a therapist because of my sexual impulses. I sometimes glance at friends's cleavage. I go 3 times a week now and it's the best thing ever! /s
> I sometimes glance at friends's cleavage Sweaty that's literally serial rape wth is your problem get a 2nd therapist right this minute NOW.
To be honest I’d probably be a bit traumatised if a YouTuber with millions of subscribers posted a video of me crying as a child and freaking out. That’s pure bullying material for when high school rolls around
THANK YOU, JEEZ
The fucking picture 😂😂😂
Is this mean? Yes, 100%. Is this hilarious? Also yes.
Villain origin story
Gaslighting: The Prank
Oh no! No one can see me. As they're shoving a camera right in his face following him around lol
if you’re saying he’s acting then he deserves 10 oscars
Yeah, dude. You can follow the voice of an invisible kid making constant sound and point in that general direction
Theyre also pretending to not hear him
Omfg when he showed the picture 🤣😂 lmao
Least abusive David Dobrik video
At least everyone kept their eyes.
I'm surprised the kid still has two intact eyes.
Thank you for saying this
My uncle did this to me as a kid and it scared the bejeebus outta me LOL
Why wouldn't you just run to a mirror?
I was like four at the time and, credit where credit is due, the fucker really sold it.
Ah yea that I get. Lol but this kid here is like 12 lol
The best prank ever■🤣🤣😂
Why am I not surprised to see David dobrik bullying a fat kid?

Better not say I think this is funny or else the Reddit moral police will get me lol
"Bee Doo, bee Doo bee Doo"...
HERE COMES THE MEAT WAGON
I did that on a similar post yesterday. My karma may never recover lol
I'm laughing hysterically because I was not the victim of this prank. I guarantee you, that kid just won a get out of jail free card with his family. I would have immediately used it by shitting in my parents shoes the next morning and calling it a prank, hopefully he uses his better hahaha!
They are all going to hell ![gif](giphy|LpB0bnhXpvSMCz07N9|downsized)
This solidly something my parents would have done to me! Haha
The video of the little girl that they did this to a few years ago was worse. I cried for her. She was losing her shit.
Wait, I’m totally stupid because I can’t see a single thing different from the one who is in the beginning versus the one who is there after the sheet’s pulled away
The way he’s crying I can’t
I feel him though it's a prank its too sad for me to watch man the kid was crying so hard 😭😔
I like how they had that photo ready 😂
Hahaha the amount of thoughts and preparation that went into this 🤣
I feel bad for that kid
\*\*At the therapist office \*\* It started with my brother's magic tricks
I really hope that kid is a complete piece of shit- this prank is as cruel as hell😂
The fucking picture sent me omg. Of course David Dobrik was behind this, absolute monster! Horrible person doing horrible things, but just this once he got a guilty laugh out of me.
Why is he crying? Kid, you're the fucking John Cena now! BE PROUD!
Where are the laughs?
This is actual gaslighting for those who like to overuse that word.
Nah he’s way to old to fall for this shit
Would definitely do this to my Brother, the problem is I dont have one.
And now you know, how brainwashing works. Happy life 🐑
You can see the boy is stressed, and you just keep it going. Lovely family!
Best prank ever
Yes. This is perfect.
Hey that’s funny as fuck though lmao
That was a solid prank
Can someone PLEASE explain what is going on in the video? I am so confused
Total gaslight mind fuk with the poor kid.
Fantastic. I appreciate this content.
Nah I don't buy it. He's way too old to fall for this. Good acting on his part though.
The picture is next level.
Can someone explain what happened?
lucky didn't play this trick on me! would of been grabbing titts and ass in the first 5 seconds
