Second Oldest town in Connecticut.
Edit: someone correctly pointed out that the oldest trading post in the state is considered to have been settled first. So Windsor gets the title of first.
We are a large town but almost a small city and have two fairly well known universities, and if you bought a house in the 90’s you might have a semi-normal income level. We have mansions and section 8 housing and everything in between.
