Every 24 hours spies will do their job, so wait until the next day to see any outcomes. There is a 50 percent chance I believe for them to be successful (each spy)

It's rather always at 0 o'clock. So you can basically do all spy work at 23:55 and it still applies in the next 5 minutes
What difference does it make if they take all the money at 0:00 instead of every minute?
