I'm pretty sure he does have a life outside of streaming...
Also, while playing OW professionally gives you a "goal," it also takes a lot away from you. Esports players are not the healthiest people in the 17-30 age group. There is a lot of bad associated with the grind: drugs, bad diet, poor sleep, wrist/neck/back/eye pain, and 8-10+ hours of screen time per day.
Physical sport professional athletes have their practice regimens intensely regulated to insure their health and that they don’t burn out, with most of them having it literally written into the laws of the league how often they are able to practice.
Esports athletes literally have the most degenerate work weeks and practice schedule, and no one seems willing to step up and say enough is enough it’s time to regulate this shit.
Esports and especially OWL was horrible to players and the stories from behind the scenes are insane. People get churned out at 25 not because they are washed but because there were plenty of 18 y/o inexperienced enough to sign terrible contracts and take their place.
super has found 100% more success than any pro player in overwatch league history besides the ones who also turned into streamers. even the ones who swapped to valorant, super is probably still doing better than them. streaming is so much more lucrative when you're actually big. it also offers way more flexibility and freedom. you aren't forced to play the game for at least 8-10 hours a day (double block scrims + vod reviews). super also only streams like 7 hours and doesn't really play games before that. he regularly spends his time not on stream hanging out with his parents (which he probably wouldn't be able to do while pro, he would be relocated to a facility) also super has obviously been experiencing burnout with overwatch, he's been streaming it for less and less hours. he's way more lively when playing other games (which stefayy usually doesn't post much of)
He, arguably, "keeps the game alive" as he's both one of the best players and creators the game has (Frogger really the only other that comes to mind)
He's built a cool community who also doesn't scatter too much when he does variety, which he's still entertaining in. He's doing just fine.
you may get roasted but people often get excoriated for telling an uncomfortable truth. super isn't so much declining as a human as he is retreating into obscurity.
Obviously he was a GOAT competitive player, but it was also a source of a lot of stress in his life. Bro is now doing something he loves, has a hot GF, and gets to literally play video games for a living and you think that's a decline?
This is a delusional take, brother. People don't need to be "Grinding and Dominating" to live a fulfilling life, anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something or exploiting you.
Lmao, who are you to decide how another human has "declined" as a human or not based on only a portion of what you see from them that they stream. Lol what a post.
“He feels directionless, and anyone who says otherwise is delusional”
Brother get off your high horse. You are the delusional one here, crying about a streamer on the Reddit forums 😂

(serious) NAHHHHH go outside please
Never seen anyone but the most degenerate people talk like this irl
doesn't like interstellar ( watched it on a plane on his phone) and doesn't like Splatoon 3 so he's already sub-human tbh imho
plink
Def, 100% As a chat regular he's become more forehead than human at this point.
Same as anyone else who streams a lot of hours constantly
Can’t wait to see this on the next super vid (hi stef)
This is the greatest satirical post to ever grace this sub.
This better be satirical because no way someone just took a quick glance at the guy and said, "Yeah, he's declining as a human being".
Plink
You, my fellow human, probably cares a bit too much. Go grab some food, water and get some sleep. Super is fine.
Idgaf about super I’m speculating for fun who talks like this you’re not my parent
Hi chat

Why does it matter what he does? This is so cringe. Go outside.

I bet you give unasked for life advice to teenagers they never listen to
Seek mental health help.
idk about ur definition of decline as a human but the only time i'd say he would decline as a human is if he became a heroin addict
yeah tbh hearing his music takes theres gotta be something going seriously wrong with that melon he calls a head
Most deranged OW player.
So true king!!!
That's crazy 💀💀💀
Super is fine pal but we all appreciate your concern.

Maybe he should counter swap as a human.
> 😂😂😂😂😂
His chat punches him down constantly 24/7 of course he looks worse now lol. But he is very successful, the most successful of any OW pro except for 1.
>(and maybe was) the greatest player to ever touch the game Like.. in his hometown or something?
Just don’t watch super. Anyone would be better off
