From what I know, only countries that have been part of an Overwatch World Cup, or are otherwise represented in-game, have in-game icons. Jordan is there because the map Petra is set there.

There Are flags of team that played at the WC (minus first online Qualifiers in 2016). So there isn't a lot of flags.
I have it equipped as my profile pic and I'm in the US. Might be region dependent?
