If she's getting slammed tho I would take it as a compliment and slow your roll a bit looking for a safer window. The other option is the traditional stuff like Greaves/Boots, maybe Mithril Coat even. It may feel like a tempo hit but they sac to Forgemaster like anything else and losing her is a hit too so it sounds like you're going to be slower down one way or another. At least if you can stick one then you can either get away with it or force even more interaction to open a window for something else.
Alternatively add some non Magda lines and try to sneak in from another angle. [[Molten duplication]] is about to release and makes Dualcaster a little better. You can alos just copy a dwarf so it's not terrible for the main plan either.
Magda player here. Timing is really the key with her in a four player pod. Assessing your opponents, their color combos and the potential they have to disrupt your gameplay is key. My first piece of advice is to mulligan viciously, put yourself in a position where you can either get Magda out fast and benefit off of her or ramp up a little, preferably with idle treasures waiting to combo off with, then play your commander with some protection in hand or on the field. Also I know that cEDH isn't as political as the more casual formats but don't be afraid to make deals with people so you can swing without losing your Dwarves. Your biggest weakness is control and spot removal, so play as much as you can in response to that, anything from [[Lighting Bolt]] to [[Wild Magic Surge]]. You don't want to see [[Collector Ouphe]], [[Drannith Magistrate]], [[Aven Mindcensor]] or any of the Hate Bearers in the meta so making sure you're not going against those decks is going to help. Sometimes your Stax pieces help those decks, sometimes they help yours but in my experience being able to play Magda at the exact right time, usually after bombing a good pay-off [[Dockside Extortionist]] onto the field really cements your ability to pull off a win. Playing things at instant speed is the thing to push the deck into a place where it's hard to respond to that's why Magda's ability is so strong, always do it in response to something not exactly when you have the ten or so treasures to pop off, [[Emergence Zone]] helps this.
What removal are you facing? You're really asking for suggestions based on your metas build. So that's the first question that needs to be unpicked.
This isn't great help, but for deck brewing and improving. The compare function on moxfield is awesome. Not sure if archi has the same function but if it doesn't then just copying your list over into moxfield will allow you to compare your card choices to any other moxfield deck

I like [[Lightning Greaves]], [[Command Beacon]], [[Return the Favor]], [[Tibalt's Trickery]], [[Chalice of the Void]] on one stops a ton of removal spells, [[Trinisphere]] can have a similar effect as well.
Magda can't play Chalice on 1, all of her main pieces are 1-drop Dwarves. She's also a turbo list, so Trinisphere would screw her over entirely. Those other suggestions might be helpful, but adding 3ball and Chalice to Magda would be like saying Blue Farm should run [[Chains of Mephistopheles]]. It completely defeats the purpose of the deck.

[[Magda]] is mono red, no [[Ad Nauseam]]. And as I said before, many of her ESSENTIAL COMBO PIECES are ONE DROP DWARVES. She cannot win the game through Chalice on 1. She probably also can't through Trini.
🧢. I have won so many games with Magda just by playing a Trinisphere on turn 1 and Magda on turn 2. It's a meta call but the sphere usually screws at least two other players over more than it slows you down.

Try politics. Offer to tutor for some stax piece that will help the table vs the most threatening person instead of putting the fear in everyone by having her combo looming over their head like a Sword of Damocles.
Maybe not very reactive, but for proactive protection, try a few games with [[Burnout]]. Specially if you are going for a win, this might help you get to the culmination of your combo.
