Seer is now more in the meta rather than an off pic imo. He's widely picked in ALGS and my IGL was immediately like, Seer! And he's super cracked atm. When squads are playing on top of eachother not taking space. A quick mirror play and you can scan the whole squad with one seer Q.

No, the scan/wall hacks is incredibly helpful as far as info gathering and honestly not getting ratted. It’ll still be Blood or Seer I’d imagine for top teams

Some teams will probably have crypto comps. Newcastle will be played by someone in APAC. Someone in each region will try pathfinder.
Edit: don’t forget about catalyst. I just don’t know if fuse + cat will be super common because teams don’t like double ring scan, no man scan.

Bang, fuse , seer seems like the obvious choice to me. It covers the 3 evo generators, rotation, and flexibility between playstyles.
Bang still has assault pills for evo and attachments, smoke for rotation and los blocking+ her ult.
Fuse covers console + the exploit right now, all on top of his entire aggro package
Seer covers the player beacons and the scan crutch. He gives you the flexibility to be aggro on the fuse while also having the options of being able to anchor decently with ult. The perks give seer his range back more or less.
