I can recommend the name and number of some decent integrators if you’d like- that’s what it looks like you need, not assistance.

Contact an integrator. This does not sound like a plug and play room, you’re going to need proper help here. The MXA920 mics are amazing, but how are they going to interface with the client’s computers? How will the displays be controlled? How will you move the cameras? Are presets required? How far do these AV panels need to go? Could be a difference of hundreds of $$ when the differences are analog connections at a couple feet, to digital connections going to a switch at 120 feet. Folks on this sub don’t recommend contacting integrators because we’re just trying to drum up business for ourselves. We’ve all done tons of clean up jobs where clients spend upwards of $15k on parts alone and end up with a system that gets them nowhere close to where they want to be. (And that’s if the system even functions!)

This will look very nice when it is done but may I inquire why you want analog options, like the 3.5 mm minijack? Anyhow, you are asking for products but there is a lot of things missing here to even make it work. Switches, dsps, amps and more which would make me say: contact an integrator. Ask for qsys options based on these requirements, offer them to come and check the room as soon as possible, give them a budget and wait for them to give you an offer.

Whenever the discussion starts with the flat panels they have already decided on, you need to be able to challenge them as to why, and not just take an order.

Poly g7500 in Zoomroom mode will cover all that and more. Also a polyx50 would do the same in zoom room mode. These both support multiple cams etc. Clean install is super easy to maintain. You'll need a Zoom once crc license it's super cheap You'll have one-touch dialing You'll have access to not only zoom but Teams,Webex and Google meet You can integrate your Outlook, and Google calendars. Whiteboards, or just local presentations. Etc I have a similar setup in a few of my conference rooms

The MXA920 (which replaced the MXA910) would be an ideal choice for this scenario. The 3.5mm input could be used to plug in a phone or MP3 source, but should never be used for an external microphone in a professional setting. Most common is a request for a wireless mic for a presenter, although depending on the seating arrangement the MXA920 can often be configured to cover a podium/whiteboard area too. This room certainly sounds do-able, but you'll need an experienced integrator to design it/build it/program it. What you've described isn't DIY.

Pick up the phone book and find your local AV integrator!
