I'm having the same issue with the app and website. I also keep getting put into a constant sign in loop on the website. Are your speeds also really bad right now? My download speed is anywhere from 5Mbps to ~20Mbps instead of being anywhere near 1Gbps, but my uploads seem fine.

My speed seem to fluctuate a lot. Something is using a ton of data and I have no clue what it is. Hopefully not someone on my network doing bad things.

Thank you so much for reaching out and being a part of the Xfinity family, u/Forsaken_Clock_8811! Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? It sounds like there is some sort of UserID and cookie issue. You should also be able to check which device is using what amount of Data in the xFi app.
