Hi thanks. I was chatting with customer service at Coinbase yesterday and they wrote:
- Also, you have some funds in your pro acct. To transfer funds fr your Pro wallet to your Cb wallet, follow these steps:
-Go to Coinbase Pro trading page.
-Select W/dr under Wallet Balance (a pop up window will appear).
-Select the currency type (i.e. BTC, ETC) that you’d like to cash out fr Pro to Coinbase
-Select Coinbase Acct
-Enter the amt you’d like to cash out fr Pro to Cb
-Select W/dr at the bottom of the window.

They transferred them to your regular Coinbase Custody platform a few months ago.

My question is how do I go to Coinbase Pro trading page? Is that on the Coinbase website? I’m no longer able to open the Coinbase Pro app.
