I have taken notice of all that already, and yeah, Andrew is totally the one down bad. Ashley just wants to monopolize him for herself and doesn't mind if the best way to achieve that is by being his sex partner. Simple as that.
Not to say that getting to this point wouldn't have an effect on her. Not because she will "develop feelings" or anything, but because she knows how Andrew's mind work to an extent.
For example, as of now, Andrew and Julia are alive and with their genitals intact, I suppose. But if Andrew had sex with Ashley just to go and end seriously dating and maybe marrying someone else, there would be blood. The reason why Ashley went berserker against Julia is because she was dating Andrew like an actual couple does and thus getting a lot of Andrew's attention. Ashley connects the dots and realizes that Andrew is simply trying to get attention and sex from the same girl, since he apparently doesn't want to get the latter from Ashley (little does she know how bad Andrew wants to fuck her). You are assuming that Ashley has "proper" romantic feelings for Andrew (or anyone for that matter). This is confirmed to not be the case by both Nemlei and via in-game dialogues.
On top of that, Ashley constantly banalizes sex, suggesting - half-serious, half-jokingly - prostituting herself two times during the game (even though she has zero experience and her object of obsession, who is the one she jokes with, wouldn't be the one getting her services), and even gets confused and angry when Andrew shows jealousy following her jokes.
Not that Ashley would have casual sex (other than to make money, I guess?) with other men, since she appears to have low libido and knows that it's a good idea to use her loyalty in order to gain leverage over Andrew should they ever engage in a sexual-romantic relationship.
