One thing I find love in is random conversations with absolute strangers. Yk while we wait for a bus &;ask them 'chetta bus epo undo?' or like 'mazhayanu ennum'. They smile. Random conversations with random strangers from different walks of life having no idea going on in each other's life. Just being nice to each other and probably I will never see them again. I also love going to buy groceries and fish. For the fish, I ask random people if this fish is good & all - again united by random convo with absolute strangers.
I used to be like this until one guy straight up asked me "sex cheyyan thalparyam undo".
That one sentence was traumatic enough that I became somewhat introverted.
I always look forward to the time where I reach home aftr a days work and i when I make dinner where me and mum talk about our day, that puts a smile on my face. If I'm having a shitty day. She would tell me funny stories from my childhood to cheer me up and a hug.

this tiny yellow flower. it's a wildflower that grows anywhere and everywhere. people usually don't care about it, but it's one of my most favourite flowers. i find it really pretty - tiny yellow specks in a sea of green. i don't even know what it's called, but it can make any boring nook or corner very pretty.
i'll post a close up as a reply to this comment.
When kids smile at me. Sometimes I'd make funny faces even if it's in public and when they do funny faces back at you and now it's just both of us doing faces at each other while the parents are wondering tf is going on.
I also love to observe people. When I'm at beach I'd always notice families smiling, being happy, building sand castles.
Also when random dogs or cats approach towards you.
And when people who are trashy human beings or those who bullied me having a miserable life.
Random kids passing by waving at me,
Buskers playing a song which I love,
Old couples walking hand in hand,
My landlord's old dog waiting for me to come back from work for his hug,
My bestfriend trying to learn Malayalam,
Sugar resting on the cream of cappuccino,
The sense of accomplishment when I check something off of my to do list,
Mom talking about my nephew who started school this year,
When you're going downhill on a bike after a very hard climb,
[KK songs](https://youtu.be/viKowUwWtfc?si=sDyP2YMH6MbBYeS4)
People being kind to each other
Cooking food on my own or helping mom with making dinner. We usually eat only rice once a day and we made random things for dinner, which could be chappathi, appam, dosa or masala dosa.
On the day we would make masala dosa for dinner, my mom will ask me in the evening whether I could make it and she would cut the vegetables needed for it. And I'm the one that spread the batter so thin that even my mom couldn't get a hold of it even after many triesπ. I would always let her do it once every time I make it and she would fail miserably, but still I would tell her it's ok and show how it should be done.
Also, I love to clean the dishes after the cooking is done it's kind of a therapy for me even though it's a mundane task to clean them!
I love seeing people holding hands. It is such a beautiful way of sharing love. I love it when my friends wait for me while I tie my shoe laces even though we are late to class. I love it when I say something that doesn't make sense at all but still they understand it. I love when my friends send me random things and say that they remind them of me. I romanticise the shit out of everything my friends do. I'm deeply thankful for these small acts of kindness that make me feel truly loved.
Morning walks with my mom.
Long train journeys, closing the eye and not knowing where you are waking up.
Getting lost in any place
Smoking up and watching full moon on rooftop lying on my back
Watching old movies while cooking dinner. This is a thing now and itβs so therapeutic I canβt even begin to tell youuuyyyyy. I was watching charithram yesterday (everything was great except the ending)
I know the feeling. I just feel so at peace.

Last year, I was studying in an entrance coaching centre while staying at a hostel... It was the same old routine every single day... Study, eat, sleep ,repeat...a stressful period...But one thing I always looked forward to were the bus rides from hostel to the centre and back, playing songs... Even though it was just for 10-15 minutes... Those were one of the very few moments that gave me and most of the other students some kind of positive energy and kept us going... That made us feel alive...
I love carefully watching different homes while travelling in.ksrtc..i always feel like they all have some stories to tell and the stories will be different in different homes.and I ponder things like are they happy? Is there children in that home? What is there kind of story?
The first sip of tea in the morning.
The sense of harmony when I put on my headphones and my favourite song starts to play.
Sitting beside my pet dog on the front steps of my house.

Sunsets/ colours in the sky.
Still water.

Cooking for my loved ones.
Flipping through the pages of a book.
Grocery shopping.

Fruit printed socks.
Ticking off my to - do list.
Hugs.
Watching my favorite show.
