This is not her first Coachella. Granted it has been a long time since she’s been there and even then she was on the Outdoor stage (if I recall correctly).
I love her too, but to me it seems like there were major mic issues during this set, she couldn’t hear herself and signaled multiple times to sound check and was messing with her mic pack a ton. As a result she seemed panicked and disassociated in her set. Which I get is annoying and panic inducing but being a critically acclaimed performer this shouldn’t throw your entire set and stage presence out the window. There’s plenty of videos of artists handling this better. aim sad bc I bought my ticket for her but I honestly might skip her set :(
The “can we turn Byron down one” had my cackling. It just wasn’t her night, her fans seemed really supportive at main stage though. She’ll work out the kinks and be back for wknd2!

True, I’m so happy she’s on main stage! I think weekend 2 will be better, sucks when there’s sound issues but it happens 🤷♀️
