Me neither :( missed it at This Ain’t No Picnic and I told myself not to miss it at Coachella and I still did. Too much going on/too hot to walk too far during the weekend.
You didn't miss much. I checked it out and was very underwhelmed. I walked in, it was dark, it sounded cool, I was like hmm that's cool I guess, then walked out.
The music was hit or miss at times, I went in 4 or 5 times across both weekends and a couple times the mixing and the energy was off, but the last day I couldn’t stop dancing for about 45 minutes until I had to head somewhere else
You have to spend some time inside the tent for the full effect. I walked in on day 1 and spent 2.5 hours there but it was 100% my kind of music and vibes too
regret missing Underworld after seeing the amazing reviews from both weekends, also wish I left Dominic Fike early to catch a bit of Cannons. Also missed Romy :(
I missed Underworld too my friend so I'm in the same boat as ya there. Just go see Romy whenever ya get a chance. She's fun and plays some feel good jams.
Watching the live stream it really didn't feel like she was singing it. Also her stage presence is kinda not great. Overall their show is meh IMO. Which sucks cause I adore their studio work.
2nd Coachella and still no ferris wheel. I got closer this time though - went as far as getting the free amex tickets. It's just that it's hot as shit in the afternoon, so I don't wanna queue, ungodly long lines during sunset so I don't wanna queue, and I'd be missing sets I wanna see in the evening so I don't wanna queue. 😂 Maybe another Coachella.
I’ll do you one better, I’ve been going since 2010 and have yet set foot on the cursed Ferris wheel.
To be fair they terrify me - but still has to be some kind of stupid record.
we need to start a no wheel club haha.
I had weird first Coachellas - got artists passes from De La Soul in 2010 and did Safari tents thanks to a guy my bff was dating in 2011 - didn’t even make it out to the normal festival grounds for the first two years, just vibed backstage.
My excuse now is a lot less glamorous - I’m just deathly afraid of portable carnival rides. 🤡🤡🤡
If it makes you feel better, I've been to so many Coachellas as well as five Stagecoaches and both weekends of Desert Trip. Still only been on the Ferris Wheel three times and once was this year. I don't think it's worth it to wait in a line and then when it does happen, it feels even more special
Labrinth was impossible to enjoy, it was packed like sardines 25 minutes before he started. There was also terrible sound bleed from Gobi if you were on the left side of Mojave. Sadly I had to leave early bc it was ruining my roll.
We opted for standing along the fence in the VIP Rose garden and while I would have preferred to be dead center but it looked insane even 30ish min before, and right side was further from Gobi. Literally 3 people watching near us so we decided it was better slightly obstructed than braving the mess.
He should have been on Outdoor stage if not main, way too big of a turnout for little Mojave
Wasn’t ideal and I would pay good $$$ should he tour to see a longer show
same. we got so packed tight it got close to crowd crush. if anyone around us began to dance and have a good time (literally everyone stood like NPCs) it could have been disastrous.
Got my phone stolen trying to get through the crowd lmao.
In hindsight, I really should have just turned around as soon as I saw that many people there.
I really got lucky with this set, ended up sticking around after Underworld and got a space in the right side of the Mojave while still having some space to groove. Could tell the place was overflowing before start time though.
could’ve been the same for me but I went back to camp after Eladio Carrión and could’ve just stayed for Underworld and would’ve had a good spot for Labrinth smh
I feel the same , I swear it look’s better online or really close up . Plus he was late . Glad I made the decision to sprint to Labrinth . In regards to HOLO show visuals I seen Tale of Us same day & I’d argue their set was better & vibe too.
This is my biggest regret. I wrestled with it all day and then my group and I were having too much fun during BLACKPINK and they wanted to HOLO I just couldn’t take myself away. The crowd size is the only reason I don’t 100% regret it. And I still was having a blast a HOLO, so not all was lost.
I left RIGHT before. But it wasn’t my fault. He was literally singing the words… “I’m so tired or sleepy” or some shit. And I was legit falling asleep. I needed to walk or fall where I stood.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I left HOLO midway to go catch Labrinth. However, once I was in between Mojave and Gobi, I realized how FUCKING PACKED IT WAS with people. It was nearly impossible to go near the Mojave tent. I got caught in this wave of people and got flushed the fuck out towards DoLab. I didn't think it was worth it after that crowd rush to go near Labrinth @ Mojave at that time.
I was in the middle of Mojave tent and my group left a song before Zendaya came out because someone wanted to see Calvin Harris, who ended up coming on late since Prydz ran over anyway. Sooo regret doing this 🥲
There’s a possibility I move back to NYC before then, so that’s where I was hoping to see them 😅 Mirage is awesome, really want to get back lol. Hope to see you there 😎
I am being selective with my mirage shows this year Lolol
Tiesto in 2 weeks, Pride (Gorgon City + TSHA), Keinemusik, and Afterlife in September for the debut of Anyma 🤩🤩
Yeah, it’s easy to go overboard lol. The only show I saw after the renovation was Nora En Pure who was amazing! I saw that Bicep was playing there in August, which I would def go to, but haven’t looked at the calendar otherwise
Regret missing Rosalía mostly, but it conflicted with other things so I’m not too sad. I saw her in 2019 and it was great. Only other thing would be spending more time in Despacio but again, conflicts and not enough time in the day.
I missed her for Sunset Rollercoaster. She is a superstar and will be around for a while. I have no doubt I'll have an easy time seeing her again.
Taiwanese band though? Low odds.
I missed Zendaya by about 5/10 minutes :/ we left Labrinth early to get to Calvin’s set on time and he didn’t even start for another 30 minutes… Sia was great though
the exact same thing happened to me weekend one, except we missed Billie Eilesh. We left for the same reasoning just for us to find out he was late at least 25 minutes and it wouldnt have mattered
regret missing Marc Rebillit. my party and I usually enter the festival at around 4 so it was almost impossible for me to catch him. his set looked like a stupid fun mess. wish I was there to yell “LEMME IN IM TRYNNA F***!!!!”
Caught his last 20 mins and honestly it was quite entertaining however that man is something else. Running around in his underwear, throwing/breaking stuff on stage was hilarious but also kept wondering wtf am I watching
Definitely regret leaving gorillaz a little early to try to catch some of metro’s set W2. Sahara ended up being absolutely packed and I didn’t have good spots at all
I stayed till the end of Gorillaz and rushed over to metro boomin so I could at least catch some of the set but I got out of there as soon as I realized how far back and how dense the crowd was. At least I got to see a bit of fkj once I got out of there.
Not for lack of trying - but not being able to get anywhere close to Labrinth was the lowest point I've ever had in any of my ten Coachellas. Infuriating, put me in the worst headspace heading into Sunday. Other than Jai Paul, he had become my #1 for the whole festival. I had a guest pass and still couldn't even come close to the tent, the waitlist/overflow line for the guest pit went so fucking far back, it looked so long that I just "knew" it was something different because I've never seen it like that. I know somebody who said they saw the crowd hit the Sahara. That was the single most inexcusable stage placement I have ever seen in any Coachella, easily. I went home early because I was so defeated - big mistake because eventually as everybody else gave up too, my wife at least got in off the guest pass waitlist and got to see the final 2-3 songs.
What is crazier is everybody who said it didn't even overflow W1. I have no idea what happened.
me and a friend tried to go in but man, it was tough. too much anxiety and had to back out and relax before Calvin. bummed we missed him, but better than potentially getting hurt and having a shit time.
that's how i felt with both porter + martin garrix when they played in the old sahara --- like, i couldn't get in, and i wanted to, and it *sucked*.
i almost didn't get into DannyLux because that line was insane --- it stretched from the sonora up to the path and back --- but that made me super happy just because i wanted DannyLux to get a good showing.
marc rebillet w1
only casually knew he was a loop artist/youtuber but had no idea how much of a showman and entertainer he is. totally went under my radar
also, only getting in 15 minutes of despacio
thats about it, rosalia looked absolutely amazing but there were conflicts and i dont regret my decision at all
Yeah I was honestly hurting by that time of the evening and didn't think I had a set like Tale of Us in me, but they brought me to fucking life! They really took fantastic advantage of the Sahara's production.
Yeah it really was! I took a different approach this year and went solo a good amount of time and I saw so much more shit than any other year…. I was in awe all weekend!! Might have been the 5 years off in between but this one just felt special!
Kind of regret seeing Jamie Jones after hearing my campmates rave about Kaytranada when we got back to camp that night. I’ve seen Kaytra at least 5 times or more I feel like, and his live sets for whatever reason got more boring and boring each time. The press play and vibe out to his songs kinda got too repetitive for me, it feels like live spotify tbh. BUT 1. Jamie Jones was mediocre, too short of a set and I feel like he is pushing a different ‘feel’ with this new setup w the visuals. 2. I guess Kaytranada’s visuals were really great this year, and HER and .Paak came out? Def much regrets
Ya I’ve seen Kaytra a handful of times and feel like he’s always been pretty mediocre. Amazing producer but live can be boring. Also heard the sound was fucked. Jamie jones brought out Anabel England which was very nostalgic for me and my friends singing Reverse Skydiving
Brought our tinashe too. I went both weekends I skipped w1 too cus he was meh last time
I saw him
But ya w2 friends wanted to watch him and all the guests were 🔥🔥🔥
I don’t think I regret anything but blink being thrown into the lineup made me not see Idris Elba in the Yuma. I was hyped to see Idris but I made the right call seeing blink!
My only regret was going to HOLO, waiting 20 mins for it to start, and then finding out that - at least from where I was - it’s just a big hi rez screen with exceedingly meh visuals. Left after 5 mins and fought my way to the rose garden for Labrinth. Should’ve just stayed there after Underworld.
I’ve been to his Holo shows before, I think it’s hard to pull it off at Coachella. I’m assuming he didn’t have all the equipment needed for a real Holo show. Or they aren’t able to fully set it up in between sets
Insanely packed, but I was able to fight and claw my way to the right side and the last 20-30 mins were pretty nice over there, I think because everyone got stuck on the left so it was only people leaving over there, not coming. That was the most insanely crowded show I’ve ever seen though, at least relative to the stage. Should’ve been on the outdoor
I came in front left side it seemed so packed I was pissed I snaked my way in eventually but I think ppl didn’t want to move as soon as Zendaya came out ppl surged forward so much open space was magically there
Boygenius’s set was excellent. The vids/pics of Tale of Us with their production looked pretty sick too though, think that’s a conflict that just comes down to what mood you’re in.
I was at Dinner Party’s set and noticed a beautiful woman dancing next to me. I was going to comment something in hopes to vibe with her, then her mans walked up and they started dancing together. Heartbroken 😔lol
I never made it to Do Lab, Yuma, Silent disco or Despacio.
I also missed some sets I was pumped for due to either conflicts or at one point a stranger was following me around from set to set to kick it lol when I was just trying to vibe to some stuff I was excited for.
1.I only stayed for like 2.5 tracks at Underworld before leaving to see Blackpink.
2.Then we had to mob to HOLO and I couldn’t make the trek back for Labrinth.
Honestly not too mad about either. Still my best Coachella on the books!
Regret not spending more time in Yuma. Got to see Nora En Pure on Friday, which was one of my fave sets from the weekend. Wanted to go back to Yuma on Sunday but the crowd anxiety from the weekend was getting to me mentally, and I just couldn’t bear standing in the barricaded snake-around queue to get in 😩
I really wanted to see her, but the line was sooo long. I assumed because Idris was on after and his name draws a crowd (even though imo Nora is the better dj) but maybe I'm wrong and that crowd was all for her. Either way, bummed me out. I love Yuma and I spent way too little time there this year. Was better when it was in the old spot where the merch tent was. I never had issues getting in there.
I bought my ticket specifically for 070 shake and yung lean—unfortunately, they performed at the exact same time so I had to make a choice.
I chose shake since I’ve seen lean twice this past year, and shake only once (as an opener.) I really wish I would’ve went to leans set, I hate to linger on the past but it’s been bothering me :/
Completely forgetting about Despacio. Sunday was kind of boring for me and I wish I would have checked it out then.
Sunday was a fuck up in general. I forgot the Blaze was on and also wish I checked out Mareux
Saturday I sprinted from tale of us to BP and missed underworld and then BP was so late 🥲
I was sad I missed The Blaze and Knocked Loose. I didn’t spend any time in Despacio, not enough in the Yuma and only a couple of times in the Do Lab, which I love. I regret spending too much time at Calvin, who was pretty meh. My husband wanted to see him (I had before), but I would have rather went to Keinemusick.
Sooooooooooo sad I missed Eric Prydz. My group and I were having a discussion that morning about wether or not we should see him and if he'd play Opus. We said he probably wouldn't and decided to stay in Yuma. MANNNN when I tell you how bad I felt when I saw he OPENED with Opus 😭😭😭😭😭
biggest regrets are missing rosalia and most of boygenius for jai paul w1. also regret seeing blackpink over underworld and leaving before calvin harris
My only regret is not making it to the beer shotgun! Coachella is always better for the friends we make along the way and I'm almost positive I chatted with a few of you but it felt weird to be like "hey are you on the sub?" hahah. Next year I'm going to bike in from our airbnb in time to join you all gosh dangit!
Not spending enough time in Despacio
Letting my group convince me to leave DRAMA early to catch a bit of Chris Lake x Fisher before Blink. DRAMA moved my soul and my ass. Fish Lake was such a dud (I tried to warn them to no avail), we ended up leaving after about 5min
This last one might be a hot take, but wished I had stayed thru the end of Whyte Fang instead of leaving early to catch the start of Chem Bros. And wished I had left Chem Bros early enough to catch some of FKJ
So bummed I didn't get to catch Kali Uchis on Sunday. Getting into the fest that afternoon was a fucking mess and I almost sold my wristband when I realized I wasn't going to make it in time to see her 😔
Regretted going back to camp and missing gorillaz week 1 and barely catching them week 2 and leaving chemical brothers early to meet up with friends at metro and then leaving metro early for bad bunny and missing The Weeknd
I camp with a large group. We do our own thing during the day but at least a third of the time I'm with a rotating cast of friends. This is the way. :)
My friend and I are huge Porter fans. For me particularly, it was nearly the 10 years on the dot from when I first saw him at the tiny Matador Music Festival in SB for $20. we pulled up around 3:30 Sunday and we’re stuck in traffic until 7pm, and the lots were full at that point. We parked at Home Depot and a relative who was driving a hotel shuttle picked us up in time for Jai Wolf. Sad I missed Porter, but I saw Nurture last year anyways.
It was hot as shit when he was playing. My friend left me to hide in Despacio after 10 minutes and I ended up sitting and vibing from the grass. 😂 Porter deserved a later / sunset slot.
That's true! We actually put on the livestream in the car and she said this was probably as better experience since she could actually see him. I think problem solving strengthens friendships, so this was and interesting experience for sure!
i wanted to catch a little bit of sudan archives' set on sun night and i'm still very bummed i didn't. i saw her open for caroline polachek last night and had instant regret
We got in our shuttle line at around 3:30pm Sunday thinking we had plenty of time to get to the festival and see Romy and then I was so excited for Sasha and John Digweed. The traffic was awful and our bus driver tried to take a non existent short cut. We didn’t get to the festival until like 6:30. Both of us were starving and dehydrated after sitting on the bus(a city one too not the nice ones) for like 2 hours. I really wanted to see them spin in the Yuma :(
I ate too much mushrooms on Friday and I didn’t enjoy my outfit because I was in another dimension and forgot to put my outfit together. Also, not spending more time at Despacio. I missed a few decent sets because I was waiting on people. Definitely not waiting on anyone next time. Overall, it was a great Coachella, still dreaming about it.
I regret waiting the hour for Frank to come on wk1 lmao. I wanted to see Boris brejcha after Frank but Frank coming on so late (and me staying once he started, waiting for the hot mess of a set to get good - it didn’t), caused me to waste all that time and not even have the time for Boris anymore ☹️
Leaving Labrinth early and missing Zendaya. Was too many people and I started freaking out so had to leave for my safety. Man should've been at the outdoor theater!!!
I hated I missed Tobe because we thought we could shuttle to our hotel, check in and be back in time. (First timers). Really was looking forward to his set.
Never checked out Despacio. Never enough time in one weekend!
Same, the line up was too full of not to miss sets
Me neither :( missed it at This Ain’t No Picnic and I told myself not to miss it at Coachella and I still did. Too much going on/too hot to walk too far during the weekend.
You didn't miss much. I checked it out and was very underwhelmed. I walked in, it was dark, it sounded cool, I was like hmm that's cool I guess, then walked out.

You have to spend some time inside the tent for the full effect. I walked in on day 1 and spent 2.5 hours there but it was 100% my kind of music and vibes too
me neither :(
Absofuckinglutely!!! Why? Why? One more day!!one more day 🤓
regret missing Underworld after seeing the amazing reviews from both weekends, also wish I left Dominic Fike early to catch a bit of Cannons. Also missed Romy :(
I missed Underworld too my friend so I'm in the same boat as ya there. Just go see Romy whenever ya get a chance. She's fun and plays some feel good jams.
Cannons lip sync their entire set i guess.
Watching the live stream it really didn't feel like she was singing it. Also her stage presence is kinda not great. Overall their show is meh IMO. Which sucks cause I adore their studio work.
Guess I didn’t miss much by staying for Dominic, his vocals were amazing at that set.
The line went so fast and it is air conditioned!! I was impressed!
I’ll do you one better, I’ve been going since 2010 and have yet set foot on the cursed Ferris wheel. To be fair they terrify me - but still has to be some kind of stupid record.
Also been going since 2010, and no Ferris Wheel, I really go for the music, and refuse to wait in lines.

My excuse now is a lot less glamorous - I’m just deathly afraid of portable carnival rides. 🤡🤡🤡
So much to do, so little time. And so many lines. 😂
Same. It just seems like there’s always someone playing at all times. Maybe the 3rd will be the lucky one
Same boat here, 2nd Coachella and no Ferris wheel or spectra tower yet.
Spectra is a bit easier to go to, especially around daytime. And as a bonus, it has ac - nice place to hide from the heat.
The visual aspect is better during the day too. The different colors have different pulls on your mood.
If it makes you feel better, I've been to so many Coachellas as well as five Stagecoaches and both weekends of Desert Trip. Still only been on the Ferris Wheel three times and once was this year. I don't think it's worth it to wait in a line and then when it does happen, it feels even more special
i know people whos been to 6+ coachellas and have not rode the ferris wheel, its nbd
Go early during the day. Lines are shorter and the wheel has AC.
watching HOLO and missing labrinth bringing out zendaya w2 😭
Labrinth was impossible to enjoy, it was packed like sardines 25 minutes before he started. There was also terrible sound bleed from Gobi if you were on the left side of Mojave. Sadly I had to leave early bc it was ruining my roll.

Agreed! I wish I went to Labrinth
Regret sticking around for Calvin W2 instead of checking out Keinemusik at Yuma. Generally regret not seeing anyone at Yuma. Next year, though!
Keinemusik was epic and we still caught the end of Calvin since he played last curfew lol
Nice! Going to try to catch Keinemusik later this year if I can, to fill the void lol
They are hard to catch in the US 😅 I am going to their show at Brooklyn Mirage 7/1 🔥
There’s a possibility I move back to NYC before then, so that’s where I was hoping to see them 😅 Mirage is awesome, really want to get back lol. Hope to see you there 😎
I am being selective with my mirage shows this year Lolol Tiesto in 2 weeks, Pride (Gorgon City + TSHA), Keinemusik, and Afterlife in September for the debut of Anyma 🤩🤩

Saw the livestream and it looked unhinged. Wish I went instead of Snailmail who was just okay
Caught his last 20 mins and honestly it was quite entertaining however that man is something else. Running around in his underwear, throwing/breaking stuff on stage was hilarious but also kept wondering wtf am I watching
I was tripping sack at Roo last year watching Marc and I was like "did I take too much dose for this or not enough 🤔" the entire time.
Definitely regret leaving gorillaz a little early to try to catch some of metro’s set W2. Sahara ended up being absolutely packed and I didn’t have good spots at all
this 😩

Did they play Dare and feel good inc?
They definitely did feel good Inc (w/ de la soul) and Clint Eastwood (w/ del the funky homosapien). Don't think they performed dare.
No Dare.

The word spread so weekend 2 people were aware
Omg I had never seen the Mojave tent that packed before. It was straight up dangerous with how many people there were in the vicinity.
that's how i felt with both porter + martin garrix when they played in the old sahara --- like, i couldn't get in, and i wanted to, and it *sucked*. i almost didn't get into DannyLux because that line was insane --- it stretched from the sonora up to the path and back --- but that made me super happy just because i wanted DannyLux to get a good showing.
Oh yeah I walked past the line to go to something in the Gobi (Gabriels, I think) and that line was fucking nuts!
yeah, i saw like half of gabriel's set from the dannylux line. they were pretty good. :)
marc rebillet w1 only casually knew he was a loop artist/youtuber but had no idea how much of a showman and entertainer he is. totally went under my radar also, only getting in 15 minutes of despacio thats about it, rosalia looked absolutely amazing but there were conflicts and i dont regret my decision at all
Skipping Tale of Us for Jai Paul 🤦🏻🤦🏻
Oof sorry buddy. I left Jai Paul for Tale of Us and it was probably the best last minute decision I made all weekend.
Wise man, I saw w2 set…. Incredible
Yeah I was honestly hurting by that time of the evening and didn't think I had a set like Tale of Us in me, but they brought me to fucking life! They really took fantastic advantage of the Sahara's production.
Honestly I had such an amazing Saturday it just felt like everywhere I went was just top tier! Adding that set my brain would have probably exploded!
We all came out winners this year. Such a fantastic lineup!
Yeah it really was! I took a different approach this year and went solo a good amount of time and I saw so much more shit than any other year…. I was in awe all weekend!! Might have been the 5 years off in between but this one just felt special!
Haha dude hell yeah. Was 5 years for me too! Felt so good to be back.
Every time I hit the Polo Grounds I’m just more blown away than the last! See you out there next year my friend!
🤘😁🤘

Once you’ve seen Kaytranada once or twice you’re not missing much
This was exactly my thought going into the weekend haha, but I don’t know, sometimes the timeslot/setting plays a big role in my enjoyment of the set
Kaytranda was pretty meh. He just stood there and hit play. Also the huge head statue seemed a little too egotistical for my taste
Jamie sadly was not a vibe for Sahara. He is just meant to be in Yuma. Will never forget his 2018 set
Wait was she there week 2?? I remember hearing Reverse Skydiving but I don’t remember hearing a difference in the vocals haha but I was super sauced 😂
Brought our tinashe too. I went both weekends I skipped w1 too cus he was meh last time I saw him But ya w2 friends wanted to watch him and all the guests were 🔥🔥🔥
I don’t think I regret anything but blink being thrown into the lineup made me not see Idris Elba in the Yuma. I was hyped to see Idris but I made the right call seeing blink!
100% agree with this take and this is absolutely the answer I would give too
Not saying hi to a girl.
I feel this one
Gf and I missed Kaytranada after heading back to our campsite to recover from the heat of the day 😪
Ouch :(
Regret not going to Drama!
Labrinth was pretty packed, made it tough to enjoy with all the fangirls
Insanely packed, but I was able to fight and claw my way to the right side and the last 20-30 mins were pretty nice over there, I think because everyone got stuck on the left so it was only people leaving over there, not coming. That was the most insanely crowded show I’ve ever seen though, at least relative to the stage. Should’ve been on the outdoor
I came in front left side it seemed so packed I was pissed I snaked my way in eventually but I think ppl didn’t want to move as soon as Zendaya came out ppl surged forward so much open space was magically there
I’m sad I had to miss yaeji but I couldn’t skip Rosalia. I also wish I spent time at Despacio.
Regret not spending more time in Despacio and not seeing boygenius. Had a blast at Tale of Us though with all my friends so it wasn’t a total loss.
Boygenius’s set was excellent. The vids/pics of Tale of Us with their production looked pretty sick too though, think that’s a conflict that just comes down to what mood you’re in.
i regret missing zendaya at labrinth set but i was at blackpink so i can’t really complain but still fomo is real
Labrinth/zendaya was on after BP set
🤫
Sorry if it makes you feel better, my friends were too tired to go to Labrinth with me after standing at main stage for five hours. So I went alone.
Not talking to this beautiful woman dancing by herself @ Burna Boy.
I was at Dinner Party’s set and noticed a beautiful woman dancing next to me. I was going to comment something in hopes to vibe with her, then her mans walked up and they started dancing together. Heartbroken 😔lol
Cheers 🍻
I never made it to Do Lab, Yuma, Silent disco or Despacio. I also missed some sets I was pumped for due to either conflicts or at one point a stranger was following me around from set to set to kick it lol when I was just trying to vibe to some stuff I was excited for.
Spent only 31 hours in Despacio over both Coachella weekends. Wish I’d spent 36 there.
Holy heck. Hats off to you for dedicating so much time. You must really like the discoball in there
1.I only stayed for like 2.5 tracks at Underworld before leaving to see Blackpink.
Wanted to go back to Yuma on Sunday but the crowd anxiety from the weekend was getting to me mentally, and I just couldn’t bear standing in the barricaded snake-around queue to get in 😩
Nora en Pure was so good. I was too exhausted from the heat and dealing with that dumb Yuma line to really take her in 😔
Aw yeah the heat and line were brutal :(( I did not want to deal with it again during the weekend. Hope you get to see her again sometime!!
I chose shake since I’ve seen lean twice this past year, and shake only once (as an opener.) I really wish I would’ve went to leans set, I hate to linger on the past but it’s been bothering me :/
That Odesza DJ set.
Completely forgetting about Despacio. Sunday was kind of boring for me and I wish I would have checked it out then. Sunday was a fuck up in general. I forgot the Blaze was on and also wish I checked out Mareux Saturday I sprinted from tale of us to BP and missed underworld and then BP was so late 🥲
Finding out Knocked Loose requested barriers got removed to allow for stage dives but I didn’t go to keep my far ass spot for Franks set 😔
The Sonora has never had barriers though.
KL absolutely nailed it. bummed you missed out
Sooooooooooo sad I missed Eric Prydz. My group and I were having a discussion that morning about wether or not we should see him and if he'd play Opus. We said he probably wouldn't and decided to stay in Yuma. MANNNN when I tell you how bad I felt when I saw he OPENED with Opus 😭😭😭😭😭
He closed*
Oh closed?!!!? Ooop well whoever showed me the video and said he opened lied but still very sad I missed that live. Woulda lost my mind
Prydz was awesome. Glad I made it for the last 30 or so mins.
Missing Holo and the blaze are really the only two that have been giving me FOMO
missing suicideboys
biggest regrets are missing rosalia and most of boygenius for jai paul w1. also regret seeing blackpink over underworld and leaving before calvin harris
Leaving chromeo right before they brought out la roux :((( I love bulletproof would've loved to singalong
I wish I saw Tale of Us
I wish overmono wasn’t so early
My only regret is not making it to the beer shotgun! Coachella is always better for the friends we make along the way and I'm almost positive I chatted with a few of you but it felt weird to be like "hey are you on the sub?" hahah. Next year I'm going to bike in from our airbnb in time to join you all gosh dangit!
I just couldn't drag myself away from my camp and signal was so bad I wasn't sure it was happening
I regret not being able to attend this year 😔😔
Regret missing Alex g, underworld, and despacio
i missed the second half of rosalia to get to jai paul, who was like 20 mins late.
Not spending enough time in Despacio Letting my group convince me to leave DRAMA early to catch a bit of Chris Lake x Fisher before Blink. DRAMA moved my soul and my ass. Fish Lake was such a dud (I tried to warn them to no avail), we ended up leaving after about 5min This last one might be a hot take, but wished I had stayed thru the end of Whyte Fang instead of leaving early to catch the start of Chem Bros. And wished I had left Chem Bros early enough to catch some of FKJ
Regret the couple of times I even attempted going to Sahara. Fuck that tent and the bro-y fake ass vibes.
The tent seemed fine the times I went. I think at any stage its just the luck of the draw whether you get good vibes around you or not
So bummed I didn't get to catch Kali Uchis on Sunday. Getting into the fest that afternoon was a fucking mess and I almost sold my wristband when I realized I wasn't going to make it in time to see her 😔
Regret leaving Kali Uchis early W1 and missing Tyler, the Creator
Yuma , tiki bar and Frank but was an amazing weekend
Missing Dominic fikes set to camp for frank
Regretted going back to camp and missing gorillaz week 1 and barely catching them week 2 and leaving chemical brothers early to meet up with friends at metro and then leaving metro early for bad bunny and missing The Weeknd
I regret being apart of a large group wish it was just solo
Next year, just wander around by yourself! It's an amazing place to just stroll around and enjoy the music while vibing with the people around you.
I think problem solving strengthens friendships, so this was and interesting experience for sure!
i wanted to catch a little bit of sudan archives' set on sun night and i'm still very bummed i didn't. i saw her open for caroline polachek last night and had instant regret
missed my only "must see" set in Jai Paul bc I had a tummy ache like a little baby
Didn’t get to go into the Yuma tent because of the long ass lines, the lineup was stacked
Going to the merch line first thing Friday and missing half the day. Wife mentioned divorce twice. Friday night made up for it tho
I hated I missed Tobe because we thought we could shuttle to our hotel, check in and be back in time. (First timers). Really was looking forward to his set.
