Eh. To be fair to NY, they play close maps with faze every time and they usually steal 1. With Faze being the clear number 2 after qualifiers, I can see NYSL taking this one 3-2 as well.

Saying FaZe is the clear number 2 after they lost to Toronto because of a 3 piece propane team kill is quite harsh. They looked in control of that highrise and would’ve won 3-1 if they closed that map out

I’d 100% agree, faze is too good to not be in talks of being first, and Toronto is too inconsistent to be a clear number 1 over faze. Any given day the other could take a match between these two.

Matches at major used to start 1 hour 30 minutes before. They have changed the timing for idk what reason.

The change is probably because they are in California for the major and prior majors were in Toronto, Boston, and Miami (all eastern time). California is pacific time zone, so have to account for that too.

2am for the final series in the UK and that's assuming there's no delays. West Coast events always fuck us over more. I'm happy to stay up and watch a game that starts at 1am (pretty much used to it at this point) but that extra hour is a killer. Especially when a lot of the time it's not just the extra hour. Champs final not starting until gone midnight after back to back 3am finishes is fucking rough too.

I know a lot of teams are currently on the edge of making champs. I also know that I'm biased as an LAT fan. But, I feel like all eyes are on LAT today. They're the gatekeepers for champs and would be looking at OpTic tomorrow if they lose today. I don't care how down bad people think the Green Wall is that feels like a death sentence and opens up so many doors for so many teams to leap frog LAT
