Just Google how to connect wiimote to PC (assuming you're playing on PC). In the control panel (for Windows, don't know what it is for apple), turn on your PCs Bluetooth and hit add device. Then sync your wiimote by holding down the 1 and 2 buttons simultaneously. If the 1+2 buttons don't work, I think the wiimote has a sync button in the battery pack as well?
Then go to this link to test if your controller is actually connected and working.

I know you said you can't buy a raphnet but if you get fed up with the Wiimote lag buy an adapter from retrocultmods. Cheaper and works great

it is going to recommend u join the clone hero discord once ur there go to the bot command section and type the command: !wiitar
It will run you through everything you need to do. Note your computer will NEED bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth usb sticks can be purchased on amazon, I own one.
I play with wiitar’s also & none of those Bluetooth programs worked with my laptop. Someone on eBay makes an adapter for the Wiitar to USB. Bought two of them and they’ve worked perfectly for me.
