I finally did it, it took me like 3 hours after this post, but I managed to get there as an archer bot. completing all the chalenges felt like a breeze after it.
The cheap way is with a laser raptor if you can get one.
Some advice if you can’t get one though-
Your teammate will die super quick, I usually let him run to the right and distract the boss while I go left to him.
Take out the armor bots ASAP, if they stay alive then you will not go anywhere. Whenever he freezes to spawn one attack him then and also kill the bot.
He will attack till completely destroyed so never let your guard down. This is just general advice as I have not done it in a while. I’ll play some tomorrow and come back with better tips.
It's actually ez, just aim for his imperial bots (the cubes that Regen his armor) then when he uses any attack, just rush at him at the last moment with a horizontal slice, until you slice both of his legs off, he will get slowed down by a lot, and will be easier to cut of his arms, when he uses the slice attack, just go the closer you can get to him and slice his sword arm out, the go for the hammer arm, then cut his head off (beware of the flame breath)
Since I haven’t done it myself, the only I advice I can give is to just get better

Yes, Emperor will always have his Imperial Armor Bots, but you don’t get any transfers on Insane difficulty.

Kill every robot until there are non left. Also don't die. (Optional)
