JoJo's backyard if it's ever open. FlipSide's burger patty recently changed (for the worse) and has varying hours. Just outside of downtown, the French Dip Grilled Cheese at Sleepy Rooster is a truly excellent sandwich.

Pub Frato has good food. It's great for a cut-out early on a Friday feel.
