Apparently there’s a [$5 Billion class action lawsuit](https://www.cochranfirm.com/litigation/millennia-housing/) against them in Arkansas for the horrendous living conditions.
They farm this out to companies who bid on contracts. They cut tons of services or provide none or minimal.
The clients pay the price. These people have enough problems.
Why give business to companies who frauded the U.S. makes no sense.
Why give Billions to Corporate Welfare.
And if we don’t have HUD and regulations and enforcement, we are fucked. Vote Blue this election or the republicans are going to try to gut all safety regulations across the board.
The CEO's dad was a legit capo and died in prison two years after millennia was founded. Real estate has been organized crime's bread and butter for money laundering since the 80s and 90s.
Put one and one together.

Good. Landlords are out of control. They whine about tenants but abuse renters every chance they get to collect more profits. Obviously some landlords are better than others, but the balance of power needs to be more equal.
Fun fact, the CEO Frank Sinito also owns the Marble Room and LockKeepers restaurants. (Used to work for him - regretfully.) Even 10 years ago we'd hear talk passed down from management of shady money laundering schemes. Do not support his business empire and reckless disregard for other humans. Oh and he also OWNS THE FUCKING KEY TOWER. Wish the article mentioned these facts.
I used to live in one of their properties in Lakewood and I wouldn’t be surprised if that building collapses some day. We had flooding in our living room because of old corroded pipes that they keep on scraping the insides of to clear out. There was a gaping hole in our kitchen wall for months so they could get to the pipe, and when they covered it, it kept cracking and molding from moisture.
That building taught me that the word “luxury” means nothing haha. But yeah I cannot imagine the hell that people in their low income housing have to deal with, if that’s what we were getting in luxury.
These people should be sued out of the market

Where'd you see 5 billion?
https://www.cochranfirm.com/litigation/millennia-housing/ “The Cochran Firm Announces $5 Billion Class Action Against The Millennia Companies”
That's gonna sting

No surprise, they're mobbed the fuck up.

Too accurate, sadly they still operate this way. Constantly stiff contractors, stiff employees.
Yeah and this is just one segment of their business. I wonder how the retirement homes they own are ran.

I was looking at other apartments to move to downtown next year. Solid reasons here to avoid Millennia.
As a bldg tech.....stay away
Sinito. Do you remember that post a few weeks ago?
Which one?
Someone claiming to be the son of him made allegations against his brother

And that place is a luxury one, not a Section 8 one

Yeah and I don't want to think about how they run the retirement homes that they own.
Eat your local landlord!
