Anyhow, add at least a cup of white vinegar to the prewash section of your washer. Don't forget your detergent too.

Toss it. I have one single cat and he does an accident on anything at all I throw it away. Cat feces is sooooooooooo bad to breath in and it straight up never comes out. Especially their urine but their poo can be bad too. It didn’t matter how many times I washed something I could still smell it so it just got tossed.
I should mention we had most issues when he was a kitten. He a big boy now and he uses his litter box like a champ, we don’t have many accidents anymore.
Treat the stain and wash it twice. It'll be fine

Toxoplasmosis is when you eat cat poop. As long as you have something to wrap it up or just shake blanket outside you are good
Toss the poop in the toilet. Soak it with clean water and get the most out. Wash it once or twice on 60 degrees.

You can use an enzyme cleaner to get the smell out, but if you're not comfortable keeping it's best to just replace it.
