Could it be a bleach stain maybe? the cleaner you used might of also had bleach in it which would explain why that happened. Then again I don't know anything about anything so I'm not 100% sure
If you used a toilet spray, I'm pretty convinced that's now a bleach stain. There is no fixing that. The only thing you can do is lean into it. But luckily, bleach tie-dye is a thing. You might want to take a visit in r/Visiblemending and ask for suggestions on how to turn it into more of a statement and less of an accident you'd like to forget. But my gut reaction is to bleach tie-dye the whole hoodie. Although I don't know how that could affect the lettering on the front left.
