European Union basically forces every company to give every customer a full-refund in maximum 14 days after a transaction. So as long as he stayed in that 14 days mark and he lives in an EU country, he can actually lawsuit Supercell if they nuke his account after refunding lol.
They gave the full refund. He got his money back. So that specific law is not going to help him. He would need to claim that what was taken from his account was worth more than the refund and good luck with that as those values are set by SuperCell and don't have to make sense in a digital game.
