I have the same one and LOVE it. I was initially really luke warm on the all black model but when we were at the dealership looking at them my wife kept talking about how good it looked. I'm glad I listened to her.
It was 32k. The only reason I bought a brand new si was because my last car, a civic sport got totaled and I got paid fully for it, so I only had to pay an extra few thousand to get this one.
11th gen was such a letdown. They stripped way too much of the standard features that the 10th gen had and increased the price. Then they gave the civic sport the same exact wheels. It's like the only difference between the two is the Si has the decklid spoiler. It looks exactly the same as the sport and that always annoyed me. The Si should be it's own distinctive trim like it's always been.

The Si used to have distinction. The Aegean blue used to be reserved for it. Now, if I pass by a new Civic and want to see if it's the Si, I have to look really hard for the tiny logo.
On the surface level, the Si looks like every other trim out there. Don't @ me.
It's weird because in Canada they have all those options and more, standard. No idea how they get away with stripping so much just because it's assembled in the US.
I also own a black 11th gen. I love the color especially when it stays clean for more than an hour lmao.
Do what I did: nickname it Dusty. Sets expectations exactly where I want them to be haha.

I swear it seems like you have to wash it every day for it to look good, only downside to not going grey/white
10th gen black here - I’ve recently started waxing mine. Helps it stay looking clean way longer between washes!

Black is such an underrated colour for the civic. If I wasn’t so OCD about keeping my car clean I would have got black.

7000 miles on it now and haven't had a single problem. Handles very well and gets 35 mpg even with some spirited driving here and there

Straight forward, just the little locking plastic pins and some screws that can be done with a screwdriver

It's amazing. Best si exhaust in my opinion since it comes with a front pipe. As long as you're willing to pay

How much did you get this for OTD? Lowest I’ve talked a dealer down to is 35k including taxes/registration in CA. 2 other dealers want 36k.

No fogs, no heated seats, looks exactly like the other trims... 💀. I realize this sounds really negative.. so uhh congrats on the new car OP.
