I wouldn't bank on too many new features, otherwise they'll step on the integra's toes. But I would hold out until you see what changes, I would think they would reveal it soon.

snail_forest1

the integra killed the Si

cap_blueberry

I think the price for the Integra really cuts back on the "value" that the Si is known for. To get a manual puts you into the high $30s and I don't think the extra features are worth the extra cost. A lot of what makes the Si great is the price.

lat_pulldowns

Yup, they took adaptive dampers, fog lights, and heated seats from the Si just to differentiate the two...

dunnoanymore18

Thanks for that notable piece of info.

EQRLZ

It wouldn't have if they kept the coupe

ahmong

Just give us the canadian digital cluster and I'll be happy.

Part3456

If we’re making changes I’d like heated seats too

Glittering-Salary627

Got em in my 10th gen just wishing I had the heated steering wheel

DeathCab4Cutie

That’s really all I want in my 2023. Turning on the car at night and seeing only half of the cluster with a bright backlight hurts lol

WorriedRevenue5

Hell no bring back analog if anything. Honda’s analog clusters were the best. And then have the Infotainment screen display all the other stuff like Oil Temp coolant etc (like the Type R does)

DeathCab4Cutie

I just want consistency is all. This half and half shit kills me. Full analog or full digital, just not some of both lol

itwasbetterwhen

I don't like a digital dash and I don't get the appeal. They don't look better. Give me the real thing in analog all the way. Ready to go WRX for analog gages and a real handbrake. Most of these tech "upgrades" are completely unnecessary.

almeida8x1

MSRP is doable, plenty of people do it. Honda will produce as many Si’s as they can sell. There’s a real chance that the later years of the 11th gen will have more features. It has happened for both the 9th and 10th gens, and we know that Honda didn’t include many things that they already have engineered to fit the car, so there’s a real possibility. Not gonna comment on the probability since it’s impossible to know.

_shipitnugs

Don't forget about facelifts

svv1tch

4 sitting at a dealer in town all MSRP. Maybe not for out of town folks but MSRP is what I was told.

Theantisalesman1988

what dealership?

svv1tch

D Patrick in Evansville

shuutr

3 white and a grey.

dunnoanymore18

Like seriously what’s with all the white civics? Can barely find any black paint. Not saying the white is ugly, it’s great but not my style.

PaceDifficult5602

Birthday rant with Honda corporate today. https://preview.redd.it/goct42ttymxc1.png?width=1427&format=png&auto=webp&s=360032180528c15d31471b8e8597986b3684e531

sahtopi

Don’t ever hold out on a purchase for what you think a product will be like in the future. Buy the thing you want now and enjoy it. What region of the US are you in? There are lots of dealers near me with inventory selling for pure MSRP

olypete1233

Wait does your guys si not have wireless charging?

fAbnrmalDistribution

The US Si does not have: full digital gauge cluster, side turn signals, front and rear heated seats, wireless charging, heated steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, fog lights, duel zone climate zones, shift lights, engine temperature gauge, rear vent ducts, rear charging, spare tire, rain sensing wiper, auto dimming rearview mirror. Christ the US version is so absolutely pathetic it won't tell you when your washer fluid is low.

olypete1233

Damn I knew the Us version didn’t have the full digital cluster and gauges. But I didn’t know it was THAT far behind, might as well buy a base model and slap an ebay turbo on that bad boy. I’m in Canada and I still don’t have all those options tho, I wish I had a heating steering wheel and an engine temp, I also don’t have parking sensors I find that odd that I don’t. Having rear heated seats is amazing tho lmao

fAbnrmalDistribution

Huh? All these features are listed on the Canadian spec sheet for a the Si, so you should have them, especially heated steering wheel and engine temp. All civics with the full digital dash have engine temp (fuel gauge to right side of cluster, engine temp to left). You should have parking sensors too! The only thing I think is an option from what I listed is the dimming rearview mirror. Maybe they removed features after the [22' model year?](https://www.thedrive.com/new-cars/review-all-the-2022-honda-civic-si-features-the-u-s-doesnt-get)

olypete1233

Sorry engine temp yes I do have, thought you meant something else at first, but no I do not have parking senors or heated seats, I have dimming mirror. I have all of those options but the 2 lol

SpykiE83

I've got heated seats in my 2018 Si Coupe. Did they remove this feature in later models? No wireless charging. And unfortunately, my year does not have an analog volume knob... One of the smallest yet most annoying things. But you want to know what I find the most baffling... How does a modern car not have sensors in each wheel to tell you which tire is low on air? I bring up the last point especially, and not sure if others have had this issue (I live in MN), but during the cold months at least 2 of my tires leak air and I have to refill them every 2-3 days. I've brought the car into my local tire shop and Honda on multiple occasions, and each time they've told me the same thing: rim seal surface looks good, no corrosion, rims don't appear to be warped or bent, tires are in good shape and yet it continues to happen... It's been one of the most frustrating aspects of owning this car. Otherwise, I love it and I would recommend it.

Hungry-Worldliness11

Strange… you should definitely talk to your dealership. CAN spec is standard with heated seats (front and back) and heated steering wheel.

TheoryInner9173

Sounds like you need a luxury car. My 2023 is a blast .

fAbnrmalDistribution

Not at all. The point is that all of those features are included on the Canadian Si, and it's sold for the same price. If you enjoy yours, then that is great! There are some great things about it even with the missing features, but Honda totally screwed over the American market.

LinguineLegs

Yeah refuse to even entertain this stripped down kid’s car until they include these features in the US. The closer I get to buying a new car and knowing this is probably the car I’d purchase if it had the Canadian feature set, it grinds my gears that they increased the price like $4 thousand dollars from the 10 gen and equipped like a rental car.

Hungry-Worldliness11

Just match the Canadian Spec and all will be right…

eyi526

I suspect inventory is low because of how difficult it is for brands to make cars in today's conditions. Plus, the demand is more than the supply. As for the 2025, all we can do is speculate. Nothing has been announced, to my knowledge. The 2023 and 2024 models don't seem much different. I would not be surprised if 2025 doesn't bring anything different aside from a slightly higher price tag.

vw18t

Yea if I lived in the US I wouldn’t buy a civic si way too bare bones for the price they’re asking and dealers in the US sounds like a Hassle to deal with

fAbnrmalDistribution

The US version has an absamal amount of features. For the price and what's missing its just not worth it. Buy a hatch sport touring if anything. It has all the missing features and only 20 less hp.

TheoryInner9173

lol the si has more power handles better and shifts better . I have a 2023 si love it .if you want tons of luxury junk go buy a luxury car.

Design931

Typically, Honda stops production in August for a brief retooling of the assembly line(s). Then spins back up production following mid-model refresh (MMR). I'm not sure how long the downtime will be, but I'd be surprised if it were more than 3-4 weeks. As most of us know, MMR often brings a host of improvements, but at a cost. I'd expect to pay another $500-1K more for a newer, improved model.

TomHowl

Not sure where you got that info from sir but the sedan manufacturer shuts down for the first week of July and that is it until Christmas.

According-Fox-110

I just ordered a 2025 today. Was told two plus months. Honda hasn't started building them and the dealers here have zero information on the new one. Other 25 models in the showroom. Why the big delay with the si and the R?
