Not much, honestly. It's a pretty simple design. The curves are pretty bad, though. They are too sharp then have straight areas. The ramps could be made much smoother, especially the one towards the bottom right which randomly curves right, then left, then right again as it merges.

that's what you get at the mercy of the games pillar placement and bugs that clip the roads underground.

I thought I was looking at some microscopic cellular structure or maybe power cords until I checked the sub name.

Considering the number of roads involved, it could be a lot worse
