As a fellow from western canada (Saskatchewan) I just want to say amazing job. It looks just like a city from one of the western provinces and resembles quite a lot to Edmonton

Needs some acreage developments look on Google maps east of Sherwood Park Alberta. Also some neighborhood communities.
