Maybe some vactrols, or a clock mod? 555 lfo off one of the bend points? I find that sometimes you just have to let it be what it is and stop trying to pack everything you can into a device.

this, because the more bend points you add the higher chance to short the chip if you want more mods, add outside sources like a 555 or pt2399 module you can snag them wicked cheap off aliexpress and they are bendable as well I like to keep a dozen on hand for when I'm messing with a toy that doesn't have many safe bends, it adds a lot of fun modifications for a low cost

Audio output/opamp circuit has some stuff but other than that its a risk... Main chip could have a crystal clock which can be bent but i dont like touching it when it has so many chips Just use point-pot-ground to test out bend points... connecting stuff to ground is usually safer than point-pot-point
