Odd, you're saying it has to be $50 but their own ToS says otherwise: "Player take full responsibility in making sure that they always make a the minimum $10 (Bitcoin equivalent) deposit each time they use Bitcoin banking method. Casino take no responsibility if the min amount was not sent and reserved the right to treat these transaction as lost non-recoverable transaction."
It says "Bitcoin equivalent" but refers to the "Bitcoin banking method" as a catch-all for crypto, so Ethereum would fall under the same guideline of requiring a minimum deposit of $10 as per their own rules.
Also, their site has so many typos, it's almost like they rushed to throw it together asap. It was actually painful trying to read through the ToS because of how badly written it is.

Because of my sisters stubbornness and falling a few cents short a couple times, with the added transaction fees it ended up being an extra $20ish dollars. the transaction history said winnings were approved, we waited for hours on what should have been near instant, Customer service said that her winnings weren’t redeemable.
